Le Freo z10 était mon premier robot de ménage. Avec deux chats à la maison, des grains de littière partout et des flaques d’eau, je n’étais pas sûr que ce serait efficace. Mais à ma grande satisfaction, le robot a immédiatement fait bien mieux que moi. Il aspire très fort, ne procrastine jamais, et est très simple à configurer. Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux et celles qui sont écoeurés de vivre dans une maison sale. Il est l’un des rares modèles assez puissant pour les maisons avec des animaux, et surtout, un des seuls robot haut de gamme qui ne vont pas s’autodétruirent bêtement dans une flaque d’eau.
Il est extrêmement autonome. Il retourne se mouiller, secher ses moppes, vider sa poussière. Tout ce qu’on a à faire, c’est changer l’eau de temps en temps. Il va même repasser plusieurs fois dans la même pièce s’il détecte un niveau de saleté élevée. D’ailleurs, dans mon cas, son premier nettoyage a été extrêmement long à cause de ca, ce qui démontre qu’il avait beaucoup de rattrappage à faire! Mais ne vous en faites pas, ses prochains passages sont beaucoup plus rapide.
En bref, c’est mon meilleur achat de 2025! Il était en promotion au moment de mon achat, et c’est la seule raison pour laquelle j’ai eu le courage de l’essayer. Mais maintenant que je l’ai, je peux affirmer sans honte qu’il vaut amplement son prix. Si je dois lui trouver un défaut, ce serait que très rarement, trop de longs poils peuvent rester coincés dans son bac à poussière, ce qui diminue sa force d’aspiration. Par contre, c’est extrêtement simple et rapide à vider, et ce n’est arrivé qu’une seule fois au début.

I absolutely love this vacuum/mop combo. I researched for months before purchasing, despite already having family members who swore by it because it is so pricey. I ended up getting it on sale during Prime Days, but I would have paid more now knowing how amazing it is and how well it works. I have used a couple of other vacuum robots and mop robots individually and never been fully happy. While they did the job they left something to be desired, either leaving crumbs behind or leaving streaks or stickiness on the floor. The NARWAL is a game changer in my house.
The set-up process was extremely easy, a few minor assembly tasks, fill the water tank, and start the mapping. The mapping took 5 minutes and was right on the first time! After having this for a month and loving it for my main floor, I also found out you can have the robot map a second area, so I took it upstairs in my house and mapped the upper floor and now I can carry the NARWAL upstairs, switch maps, and have it vacuum the upstairs as well!
There are so many settings to meet whatever needs you have for your flooring. You can mop and vacuum separately, you can mop and vacuum consecutively, or you can mop and vacuum at the same time! I have 2 rooms with carpet and 3 rooms with hard floors, so I have mine set to vacuum the 2 carpeted rooms first, then to vacuum and mop at the same time on the hard floors. My hard floors are now so clean. I would say the vacuum is sufficient, I still use my stand-up vacuum from time to time, but definitely less now that the NARWAL is running over the area a few times a week. You can change the suction level of the vacuum as well, which helps for different types of carpet. It did get caught on my medium pile carpet once during the first run, but subsequently it does the whole carpeted area without issue. I just always make sure to pick up cords and anything that could be an obstacle, but it has never gotten hung up or stopped by any furniture in my home, unlike previous devices I have used, so it gets around pretty well.
The NARWAL cleans my entire home on one battery charge (around 2,000 sq ft), even on the first couple of runs when it ran over each area 2-3 times, so I would say it has a pretty good battery life. The noise it makes is minimal, similar to a large fan, but again with the multiple settings, you can change this to your preference. It recognizes where my rugs on the hard floor as well, so I have the option of either leaving the rugs in place or moving them when I want a deeper clean.

I’ve been looking for a robot vaccum for years but always hesitated in buying one since there never seemed to be a product with overall great reviews. Then, I stumbled upon an influencer who raved about the Narwal Freo Z10 so when I saw it on sale during Amazon Prime Day, I splurged and bought one.
The setup requires you to download the app so you can manage it from your phone. The first step is to let it run and create a map of your home which includes the perimeter of the rooms, furniture, rug areas, etc. Then, you can tweak it via the app to change room boundaries and name the rooms. Once you’ve defined the rooms, you have the flexibility to create schedules by room which determines whether you vacuum, mop or both. It took a couple of refinements to customize the boundaries that we wanted, but once that was done, we were set!
Our Narwal now runs Mon – Fri, where it cleans a couple of rooms a day. So, prior to that cleaning day, we make sure items are picked up and the room is clear of any obstacles. The vacuum does an absolutely amazing job of vacuuming rugs, hardwood and tile. The app is easy to use, keeps a running history of its performance and alerts you if the Narwal needs attention (i.e. stuck somewhere, sensors need to be cleaned, water tanks need to be maintained). The Narwal has been a complete game changer and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

I bought my Freo Z10 and it arrived just a week ago. I have owned several robot vac/mop units over the years. I’ve had both the cheep one from china, which was worthless. It really had no modern features, poor mapping and constantly got stuck. God forbid if I accidentally left a wire or cable on the floor. It would suck those right up and get so tangled it was like performing surgery to get them out. That was my first attempt at a robotic vacuum. My second attempt at a robo vacuum, I stepped way up and purchased a shark. Yes, it was not their Flagship model, but I still paid over $500 for it, so not the $200 Chinese cheep junk. It did out perform my previous el’cheapo vacuum/mop, but still was not without sever issues. 1. The mapping and obstacle avoidance barely worked. Actually, the obstacle avoidance worked at all with the exception of the bump rail on the front of it. It would just drive until A bumped into something and then turn around and go to the other direction. Very frustrating.
2. It got stuck all the time. Even under objects that had nothing blocking. It seemed like my bed or a couch. It became a game with my kids. Every time we came home it was like a treasure hunt and they would race to see who the first person would be to find the shark. 3. Now I’m disabled and use A Wheelchair 100% of the time. I don’t have the ability to get down on my hands and knees and fish a robot vac out from underneath the bed or a couch. I’m sure you can understand how totally frustrating this was. Now I’ve got this $500 vacuum, it would get stuck, and I’d have to get somebody to help me get it out. This happens several times a week and was so annoying. Now, like I said, I’ve had my Norwall Frio Z 10 for a week now. All I can say is WOW!!!!! All the complaints I had with my former two units are completely gone. The mapping, the obstacle avoidance, the ease of use, and holy quiet! This robo-vac is a complete game changer for me! Again, being a A Wheelchair user 100% at a time, I really need things like this to work. Using a regular upright vacuum cleaner for me is extremely difficult and time-consuming! Imagine having your feet stuck in one spot and then having to vacuum your home, but you can’t just move your feet. My ability to use an upright vacuum stops at the radius which I can reach from one position. Once I get that large radius done, then I have to pick up the vacuum, move my chair and do it all over again. So what probably takes a normal person who’s not paralyzed 20 minutes to vacuum, would take me at least an hour if not more. I could not be more pleased so far with my Frio Z10. If you’re disabled like me, and you like a neat house, I promise purchasing this device is a no-brainer. I mentioned above how quiet it is (which my shark definitely was not quiet, at all), myself, and my two children have no problem with our new VAC running at night while we’re sleeping. I’m an incredibly light sleeper, and I haven’t heard it at night yet. I wake up every morning to a perfectly vacuumed and mopped home. Yes I do have it avoid the bedrooms while we’re sleeping, but with the way, the mapping works, I have it scheduled to just go back and vacuum the rugs in the bedrooms after everybody’s awake and moving on with their day. The rest of my house is engineered wood floors, which are dark and show dust and debris very easily. Every morning mine are sparkly and clean. And on top of all this, there’s never a mystery morning where we have to go to search and figure out where a robot that got stuck. It hasn’t happened once so I’m assuming that’s a problem of the past!

Wow!!! We are so impressed on how well our Narwal Freo Z10 works. We learned about our Narwal from a friend who had purchased one about a year ago. We have ceramic tiles throughout our house which are quite a job to keep clean, as we have a short hair dog that sheds quite a bit. With both of us having arthritis, our Narwal, ( we named her Rosie ) has been a life saver. She goes about her business and quietly vacuums and then mops our house without any complaining. The Narwal gets into all the nooks and crannies and even adjusts for area rugs. It’s actually pretty amazing. We can’t believe how great our floors look. Our house even smells fresh. We are absolutely thrilled with our Narwal Freo Z10! The biggest standout feature is how whisper quiet it is. We run it every other night while the entire family—including young kids—is fast asleep, and it doesn’t disturb anyone. It’s honestly quieter than our dishwasher!
Before the Freo Z10, we had the iRobot i7+, and the difference between the two is like night and day. The Narwal not only cleans better, but it also offers far more control, smarter navigation, and doesn’t sound like a small jet engine in the middle of the night. The cleaning ability is noticeably stronger and more precise—especially along baseboards and in corners.
The customizable cleaning modes are a huge plus. You can choose vacuum only, mop only, vacuum & mop at the same time, or vacuum then mop—which is our preferred setup. You can also adjust cleaning intensity depending on how deep a clean you need.
We have mostly hardwood floors with a few area rugs, and it transitions between them seamlessly. It automatically detects rugs and lifts the mop or adjusts as needed—no babysitting required.
In short, this is hands-down the best robot cleaner we’ve ever owned. Quiet, powerful, intelligent, and a huge upgrade from the i7+. If you’re ready for true smart cleaning without the noise or hassle, the Narwal Freo Z10 is worth every penny.

I recently purchased a Narwal robot vacuum during their Early Bird offer. Although my first package got lost through Amazon shipping and the coupon expired, Narwal’s customer service was incredibly helpful. They provided me with a new coupon, and I was able to complete my purchase without any hassle—great customer support!
I bought this unit for my new 800 sq. ft. apartment, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The robot detected a surprising amount of dust and soil on the first run, but the end result after vacuuming and mopping was fantastic. It handled both hardwood and carpet areas perfectly, thanks to its smart AI system that recognizes different floor types and adjusts its cleaning mode accordingly.
One standout feature is how the robot returns to its base to wash the mop after finishing each section before moving on. This ensures a consistently clean result throughout the space. The noise level is also quite low, and after the initial deep clean (which took about two hours), the machine now finishes the job much faster by adapting to the actual level of dirt in the apartment.

Works as advertised which is something I can’t say about a lot of products. I used to own the original Roomba, and having the extra mopping features with a home that is mainly hardwood floor and has indoor cats is an absolute must. Before my first run, I mopped the floor conventionally to see just how much more this unit was picking up and my waste water was very grimy, after 4 or 5 runs now my hardwood floors have a reflection I haven’t seen in years and the water is still pretty dark on each run, so it’s still picking up old caked on grime. I have this unit covering approximately 1200sqft of a single floor in a single session, and it is able to do so on a single tank of water. The unit is very quiet compared to my old Roomba, especially when emptying the debris, I would allow this to run at night if not for the tiles causing a bump/vibration across the floors. I also really like that the unit cleans and dries it’s mops, and that the mops have a quick disconnect if they get caught up on anything, they don’t do any damage to the unit coming loose. The unit also detects this and immediately stops. The no-tangle brushes are a brilliant design, as someone who had to cut human and animal hair free every week from the Roomba, after 5 weeks I haven’t had a single tangle in any part of the unit, these brushes and the floating roller are game-changing designs. The unit does sometimes have difficulty detecting a shift from hardwood/tile to a rug, but I don’t really consider this a problem because it is just a software issue that can be resolved, and it just made me remove the throw rugs at the front door and let the unit mop up the mess from soiled shoes on the tile, this is also where I saw the mops sometimes catch under the rug and detach from the unit because it didn’t detect the rug quick enough and tried to edge-mode under the rug. Again, I can’t remove a star for this, it’s very situational and others may not experience the same problem. Lastly, I’m really impressed that a device of this nature uses technology like LiDAR to perform it’s mapping, the unit almost never bumps into anything making it’s operation almost unnoticed, and even people or animals getting in the way don’t cause it any issues like with the Roomba. Comments/improvements… it would be that their top 2 models contend with different features, making the choice somewhat arbitrary. One has a stronger mop pressure the other has stronger vacuum suction. It would be nice to have an elite model that is the king of both worlds. I would also consider bigger waste/fresh water tanks to be a bonus, for an area that is larger than 1200sqft you’ll be forced to change the water during each session. My home is 1650sqft per floor, when I tried a full run it couldn’t complete it on a single tank, so I just cut out a couple bedrooms to ensure the main area is done first, then setup a second schedule for the remaining areas.

The Narwal gets into all the nooks and crannies and even adjusts for area rugs. It’s actually pretty amazing. We can’t believe how great our floors look. Our house even smells fresh. We are extremely happy with our purchase and recommend it to our friends.

We are absolutely thrilled with our Narwal Freo Z10! The biggest standout feature is how whisper quiet it is. We run it every other night while the entire family—including young kids—is fast asleep, and it doesn’t disturb anyone. It’s honestly quieter than our dishwasher!
Before the Freo Z10, we had the iRobot i7+, and the difference between the two is like night and day. The Narwal not only cleans better, but it also offers far more control, smarter navigation, and doesn’t sound like a small jet engine in the middle of the night. The cleaning ability is noticeably stronger and more precise—especially along baseboards and in corners.
The customizable cleaning modes are a huge plus. You can choose vacuum only, mop only, vacuum & mop at the same time, or vacuum then mop—which is our preferred setup. You can also adjust cleaning intensity depending on how deep a clean you need.
We have mostly hardwood floors with a few area rugs, and it transitions between them seamlessly. It automatically detects rugs and lifts the mop or adjusts as needed—no babysitting required.
In short, this is hands-down the best robot cleaner we’ve ever owned. Quiet, powerful, intelligent, and a huge upgrade from the i7+. If you’re ready for true smart cleaning without the noise or hassle, the Narwal Freo Z10 is worth every penny.

Although my first package got lost through Amazon shipping and the coupon expired, Narwal’s customer service was incredibly helpful. They provided me with a new coupon, and I was able to complete my purchase without any hassle—great customer support!
I bought this unit for my new 800 sq. ft. apartment, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The robot detected a surprising amount of dust and soil on the first run, but the end result after vacuuming and mopping was fantastic. It handled both hardwood and carpet areas perfectly, thanks to its smart AI system that recognizes different floor types and adjusts its cleaning mode accordingly.
One standout feature is how the robot returns to its base to wash the mop after finishing each section before moving on. This ensures a consistently clean result throughout the space. The noise level is also quite low, and after the initial deep clean (which took about two hours), the machine now finishes the job much faster by adapting to the actual level of dirt in the apartment.
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend the Narwal robot for anyone looking for a smart, efficient, and reliable cleaning assistant.

Works as advertised which is something I can’t say about a lot of products. I used to own the original Roomba, and having the extra mopping features with a home that is mainly hardwood floor and has indoor cats is an absolute must. Before my first run, I mopped the floor conventionally to see just how much more this unit was picking up and my waste water was very grimy, after 4 or 5 runs now my hardwood floors have a reflection I haven’t seen in years and the water is still pretty dark on each run, so it’s still picking up old caked on grime.
I have this unit covering approximately 1200sqft of a single floor in a single session, and it is able to do so on a single tank of water. The unit is very quiet compared to my old Roomba, especially when emptying the debris, I would allow this to run at night if not for the tiles causing a bump/vibration across the floors.
I also really like that the unit cleans and dries it’s mops, and that the mops have a quick disconnect if they get caught up on anything, they don’t do any damage to the unit coming loose. The unit also detects this and immediately stops.
The no-tangle brushes are a brilliant design, as someone who had to cut human and animal hair free every week from the Roomba, after 5 weeks I haven’t had a single tangle in any part of the unit, these brushes and the floating roller are game-changing designs.
The unit does sometimes have difficulty detecting a shift from hardwood/tile to a rug, but I don’t really consider this a problem because it is just a software issue that can be resolved, and it just made me remove the throw rugs at the front door and let the unit mop up the mess from soiled shoes on the tile, this is also where I saw the mops sometimes catch under the rug and detach from the unit because it didn’t detect the rug quick enough and tried to edge-mode under the rug. Again, I can’t remove a star for this, it’s very situational and others may not experience the same problem.
Lastly, I’m really impressed that a device of this nature uses technology like LiDAR to perform it’s mapping, the unit almost never bumps into anything making it’s operation almost unnoticed, and even people or animals getting in the way don’t cause it any issues like with the Roomba.
Comments/improvements… it would be that their top 2 models contend with different features, making the choice somewhat arbitrary. One has a stronger mop pressure the other has stronger vacuum suction. It would be nice to have an elite model that is the king of both worlds. I would also consider bigger waste/fresh water tanks to be a bonus, for an area that is larger than 1200sqft you’ll be forced to change the water during each session. My home is 1650sqft per floor, when I tried a full run it couldn’t complete it on a single tank, so I just cut out a couple bedrooms to ensure the main area is done first, then setup a second schedule for the remaining areas.
