I declared war on my eye bags, trying all different serums, creams, and products, and nothing worked. I purchased this device specifically to diminish my eye bags and it actually worked! My eye bags have diminished by over 50%. Every day I use less and less coverup makeup. I use this for 5-10 minutes morning and night, every day. I have been using it for just over a week and not only my eyes, but my entire face has shown improvement. This device worked perfectly, as described. Pros: This device has cold settings in addition to heat – a real game changer and not usually available on other devices. The shape of the device is perfect for facial massage, not like the other devices that have a thin half round applicator. It has massage settings, but it also has 2 actual microcurrent settings. At this price point – wow. It can be used on other parts of the body for sore spots and strains. It charges quickly and holds a charge for several uses. The price is less than one facial. Cons: I haven’t found any yet. If you are considering purchasing this, do not hesitate, just buy it. Your face will thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I love this device!! I got this after trying the Theraface Depuffing Wand, which I loved, but Its pretty expensive so I wanted something more affordable. I use this morning and night and it feels like a facial. I love the hot setting – its so relaxing and it really does feel like it helps my lotions and serums work into my skin. I’m prone to breakouts and I can honestly say that my breakouts have reduced and my skin truly has a glow. I’ve been getting so many compliments on how my skin looks.
The ONLY reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the cool setting doesn’t feel cool enough. I’d give it 4.5 but there isn’t an option for that!

I’ve only had this Cold Heat Facial Massager for one day, but I’m already impressed. I used the cold + vibration setting on half of my face, and the puffiness under my eye noticeably went down compared to the untreated side.
The cooling feels refreshing, the vibration is gentle, and it’s very easy to use. I’m excited to continue using it and see longer-term results. Great first impression and perfect for reducing under-eye puffiness!
