My kids love these mincraft blocks. There are so many blocks. There are so many varieties of structures you can build with them. They love to build different biomes of lava, crystal, dirt and bricks. They also love the little caricatures and animals that they can play with. The set was super affordable and blocks are not to big and bulky. They are light weight and sturdy still. The blocks are also very unique and great toy for imagination play.

I initially provided a poor review because of an over exaggerated marketing ad. I’m now updating that review as the product itself is very nice, sizable blocks (safe for toddlers) and great for the kids. I would have provided 5 stars, however, the ad shows an assembly that would require multiple sets and did not disclose that the build as displayed could not be achieved with the 150pc set. That aside the company did reach out and apologize. I am keeping the set as my grandchild will enjoy it and the product itself is a nice product. It does come with an instruction manual for several smaller builds. However, if you want to make the display as advertised it would require 6+ sets of the 150 pc blocks.

Colorful, nice print and not boringly uniform paint jobs. They are decently sized for smaller hands and there are enough of them to make a fun little patch of cubic goodness. I appreciate that they included the bag, which easily fits all the blocks with room to spare- although see the safety note below, however. I’m more likely to use the box as I will pull them out for “family creativity night” and the box stores better for me. The included designs are broad, with multiples of the more mundane “foundation” blocks. I wouldn’t mind a few more characters but I like the pseudo princess peach/bowser inclusion along with a random unicorn, chicken, and pumpkin head. If I had one negative- they rattle, due to the magnets, which can be mildly annoying if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. No worse than plastic blocks clicking together so I wouldn’t ding it for it. A note about safety- The box notes “choking hazard” and while I wouldn’t give it to under 3 as the box says, the bag is actually the more likely choking hazard I’d think. The cubes themselves are considered small parts (being 1in on each side) by consumer product safety guidelines, and the bag has a drawstring. If you have a kid who is putting toys in his mouth, keep them and the string bag away.

These blocks are fun for my friends and I to assemble. We like the magnetic feature so we can build blocks diagonally and very tall as well. The colors are vibrant and I like the variety of design. It comes with some character designs as well like a princess and a knight. The size is perfect for mini building and everything fits well in the green storage bag it comes with.
