Although powerful, it only runs for around 15 minutes, if you are lucky and, I thought it would run on power as well like a mobile phone but, it does not.
It is a waste of money.

I wanted a lightweight cordless vacuum that could go from floor vac to hand vac. I researched my options and settled on this one. We have a cat and also are allergic to cats (go figure) so really wanted something to get the cat hair under control.
Unbeknownst to me when I ordered this, not only do we have a cat but we also had a major flea situation (I can’t bring myself to use the word ‘infestation’). I ripped this lil’ Shark out of the box and immediately started vacuuming, and have used it almost daily for the past three weeks.
Really impressed with the suction, charge, ease of use, and ease of emptying. It’s easy to transition it from a floor vac to a hand vac, and the pet hair attachment and crevice tool seem good. I wish there was a place on the device to store the extra tools, because I’m just wandering around from room to room carrying them in a plastic bag for whenever I need to swap them in and out. Also a little annoying that I sometimes have to power off and on when it gets unhappy with one of the throw rugs and the floor brush stops spinning. But overall, I love it!
I have two Dysons, a Roomba, and a shop vac, and this one has been getting by far the most use. I’m shocked and horrified by how much dust and fur it picks up every day. Gross but satisfying (and fleas are now at bay!!).

My six-year-old Dyson was slowing down so I decided to stop around for a new cordless vacuum. The fellow who cleans my carpets on an annual basis recommended the Sharp. I couldn’t be more pleased. It does a superior job at vacuuming up cat hair and, on a hard surface floor, kibble which the Dyson simply ignored. It’s powerful and very easy to use and has a large dirt cup which is much easier to empty than the Dyson’s. All this for about 25% of the cost of the Dyson! Amazing..

I bought this vacuum in summer of 2023. I use it weekly and it is now on its last leg. My household has two indoor cats and it did a good job with picking up cat hair. I enjoyed that it’s lightweight and cordless. This was my first cordless vacuum. The battery lasts about a half hour on the highest setting. It still turns on, but in the last month, I’ve noticed that it mostly pushes around dirt and doesn’t pick things up very well anymore. I have taken really good care of it by cleaning and changing the filter and detangling the brush. I’m disappointed that it’s no longer working. I’m not sure if it’s common for cordless vacuums to stop working or not, but I have a cheap plug in Black and Decker vacuum from 2015 that still works well. It just surprises me that it didn’t last as long.
In short, it’s a good vacuum but doesn’t last very long.

I moved to a new home with LVT flooring. I kissed 4 vacuum frogs before I tried this Prince. I needed a dual carpet / LVT machine. I tried an updated vacuum with no beater bar. Nope. A Bissel had to go back because it was advertised with a beater bar shut off feature. Did not have that. A larger Shark model was too heavy for my bad back. I found a Dyson V10 on sale for $399 and grabbed that. That was THE WORST. I have 2 dogs and the dyson clogged immediately with hair wrap. To do LVT flors and carpet, you had to switch power heads from regular to “fluffy” over and over ….. or do all the carpet, then all the LVT. The dirt cup was so tiny. They had a small attachment for pet hair on furniture only. Evidently, pet hair removal required at least about $500 more. You are kidding me. So…. found this one. GREAT machine. It a blue light on the power head to show dirt like the Dyson. Love that. It did not have a wall mount, but the handle portion detaches with one easy button push and just slides onto the lower handle for storage, plus no need to mar the wall. Same type of push button dirt cup emptying. AND the dirt cup is more than twice the size of Dyson. Really lightweight at 7 pounds. Best part? Moves seamlessly between carpet and LVT by auto sensing the surface and adjusting the beater bar automatically. That works great. I read numerous articles that this model is recommended for LVT with the friendly beater bar material and the low speed for floor sweeping. It handled the hair of 2 Aussies everywhere with ease. I do wish the battery life was longer, but I was able to do my whole first floor that has 2 bedrooms without the battery going dead. There was still juice left. You cannot beat this vac for the price. Give it a go.

A little preface; I am a 60 year old man who had 7 back surgeries a few years ago. Because of that, I researched and bought a highly rated, different brand stick vacuum about 3 years ago. It helped a lot! However, it didn’t do as good of a vacuuming job as my plug in vacuum, so I would get that out about once a year. That caused quite a bit of back pain, so I didn’t do it often.
This Christmas one of my daughters got her own place for the first time, and asked for a Shark vacuum on her wish list. I got it for her, but in reading the reviews, decided to get one for myself. HOLY COW, it picks up SO MUCH more dirt out of the carpet than my other stick vacuum! I am horrified at how dirty my house had become, even though you couldn’t see it. My house looked clean. Every single time I vacuum with the Shark I am amazed at how much more dust it collects! I vacuumed every room 3 times, emptying the collector in between, and it STILL kept sucking a lot more out! This one is noticeably heavier than my first stick vacuum, but is not so heavy to cause me back pain, even on the basement stairs, even though I have a really messed up back. I also really like the auto-detect feature, where it changes the brush speed when moving from carpet to hard floor. Also, the blue light does a GREAT job of highlighting things on hard floors, making it easy to quickly target the main problems.
If I had a complaint it would be that I don’t see the point in the high power trigger. I wish it was on high power full time. But it isn’t hard to hold, so I run at high suction power all the time.

Purchased this vacuum but was really disappointed. Suction is below average but what I most did not like how heavy it is. After 3 minutes of vacuuming it is hard to continue. So that is why I returned it.

Es buena opción para aspirar algo que se te haya caído al piso, pero no la recomiendo para hacer una limpieza más a fondo. No tiene mucha potencia y debes de utilizarla por espacios para que no forzarla
