When I first saw these two happy, gold turkeys around a gold pumpkin, I fell in love with them! I think it’s a cute, heartwarming Thanksgiving decoration to display in November.

The manufacturer states this figurine can be used as a table centerpiece, but at about 6-1/4″ wide x 4″ high, it’s a bit small for a table centerpiece, unless you have a small ice cream style table. For a larger table, it can be used to accent your existing centerpiece. I plan on using it as a shelf-sitter in a bedroom.

The whole figurine is painted gold with a few other colors used only on the face/head and to outline the text.

There’s decent detail shown in the wings, the pumpkin and the turkeys’ expressions. It’s painted carefully with no smudging or paint bleed outside of the intended areas.

The figurine is made from resin but it’s a very lightweight resin. It’s the lightest resin I’ve ever held for a piece this size. The resin figurines that I’m familiar with use a polystone resin made from resin and powdered stone, which gives the piece some weight. But this turkey piece must be made from a more lightweight type of resin and/or it’s filled with foam or has a hollow core. Something in the materials makes this very light weight in relation to other resin figurines.

I give this 4 stars because although it’s pretty, it has a decent amount of detail and it’s painted carefully, the fact that it’s so lightweight makes me question the quality of resin used in production and therefore, I question its durability. All resin can chip or break but is this figurine more prone to breakage than other types? Possibly.

These little turkeys are super cute and the perfect small accent for a Thanksgiving Day charcuterie board.

He is such a nice little turkey, bright gold and ready to sit in your fall displays. Cute on a mantle as well. He is pretty perfect! Would make a nice little gift to spread some Fall festivity!

These little scarecrows are perfect for sitting on the edge of a counter, planter or whatever. They are well balanced, and tend to stay where they are put. They are very well made and colorful. I would highly recommend them.
