The instructions could have been much much better. The way it says to install the lights can be done much better. I changed almost every step to improve and make installation much cleaner looking and way easier. Iโll throw in one big tip. On the head run all the wires through the hollow center to the back rather than around the sides. Overall itโs cool and it includes everything to light it up.

I’ve really enjoyed the LED light kits from this company. The kits come with a guide to take you to a website where you input in the lego set code to find the instruction pdf. The instructions work on adding the lights to an already built lego set, which usually isn’t too hard to integrate the lights onto.
The kit includes all the components sorted out into separate ziplock style baggies. As most of the lights or wires are very small, this helps keep everything sorted out as you work on building the kit. Assembly is a bit more involved than putting together a normal lego set, as you need to work the wires and lights into the build. Its not difficult, but its a different process that you need to take your time with to get a good finished look. Overall I’ve been really happy with how these kits are setup for the different lego sets they work with.

The Tuxedo Cat light kit is a visually wonderful way to enhance set 21349. It’s pretty easy to add to your set and comes with a video installation guide to help you. It’s amazing the difference it makes, lighting up the ears, the chest, the tail. Adds a little warmth to what is a great Lego set anyway!
