This is an affordable power station that I use to power an electric blanket and charge some electronics. I took it home when the weather started cooling down and I use it to power a ring light I use to see better when I craft. Everytime i plug in the light in the bottom USB port . The light will work and then stop. I put it into the upper port and it worked fine. I used it to charge my laptop and it worked well and the laptop charged quickly, but the power station went down to 81%. I had the power station at 100% I didnt expect the batter to drain so quickly after a laptop charge
I’m keeping an eye on it. The ring light uses next to nothing in power so im not sure if the bottom USB port is flawed? Overall it works for what I need it for when im car camping so it’s a nice power station for the money. I didnt want to spend a ton of money on a jackery.

This power brick has been amazing! We planned a long trip and some areas did have power for us to charge phones and things. The size is small and portable so you’re able to take it anywhere, it’s light weight for what it is and we just took it everywhere. At one point we where in a home and still used this as apposed to the outlets as it was more convenient. We never noticed noise from it even when charging my Steam deck on it. We used it for 2 days charging phones and a smart watches several times and the battery got down to 61% before we got around to charging the unit. However, it will only fully charge my Steam deck about 2.8 times on a full battery. It was exactly what we where needing for our trip!

I’ve had the ALLWEI 300W portable power station for a few months now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I originally bought it for light outdoor use and emergency backup power, but recently put it to the test during an outdoor event where I needed to power a large Bluetooth loudspeaker for several hours. It handled the job effortlessly.
The power station delivered consistent output and never once faltered. The loudspeaker ran smoothly the entire time without any drops, surges, or interruptions. Even after several hours of use, the battery still had plenty of juice left. I’ve also tested it with smaller electronics—phones, laptops, and a small fan—and it performed flawlessly every time.
One of the most impressive aspects is how well it holds a charge. I fully charged it when I first received it and left it unused for a couple of months. When I checked it again, the battery level was still almost full—no noticeable drain at all. That level of standby reliability is a huge plus, especially if you’re keeping it around for emergency use or spontaneous outdoor activities.
The unit is compact and easy to carry, yet feels solid and well-built. The display is clear and informative, showing power input/output and remaining charge. The ports are well laid out, and there’s a good selection of AC, DC, and USB options for different devices.
The ALLWEI 300W power station is a dependable, well-designed unit that’s perfect for light to moderate power needs. Whether you’re using it for events, camping, or as a backup power source at home, it performs exactly as advertised. Add to that its long standby time and clean, quiet operation, and it’s an easy 5/5 from me. Highly recommended.

Love it! It powers fans, air mattress, phones, tvs. I was worried with comment saying its a glorified phone charger. But it worked for everything I needed. Lost power, hooked my modem and TV up, still had internet and TV. Went camping, it charged 3 phones for 5 days and aired up 1 Queen air mattress amd 1 twin, then still had 33% of the power by the end of the 5th day of the trip.

I own another similar 300wh “solar generator” or portable power bank, but this one by Allwei is SUPERIOR in several ways that really matter to me:
(1) THINNER: It’s thinner than many other portable solar batteries out there; it’s shape allows fitting into tighter spaces.
(2) DISPLAYS TIME & PERCENT REMAINING: In addition to displaying the watts being used, it also shows the actual estimated time remaining on the battery and the actual percentage of the battery’s charge that remains. This is a great improvement over other portable power banks in its class that takes the guess work out of determining how much longer the charge should last.
(4) HIGH-DRAW USB PORTS: This Allwei battery features true 2.4amp plugs for usb quick charging and high capacity wattage draw from the usb plugs. Most usb devices only draw a few watts, but I have two USB-powered warmers used on camera and telescope lenses to keep dew from forming. One is 12 watts and the other 9 watts. With my other 300w solar generator, the wattage draw from these two warmers is too much through USB when they’re both plugged in — but they work together like a charm on the Allwei! I was able to consistently pull 21 watts through USB. This is a game changer for me since I was needing two separate batteries to run my warmers!
(5) GREAT FLASHLIGHT PLACEMENT: The flashlight on the end of the device is perfectly placed! On many other solar generators they’re on the back, making it difficult to use when holding the generator by the handle. But the Allwei’s placement of the light on the end, makes it easy to light your path while holding the handle. It also has three levels of brightness.
(6) RUBBER COVER OVER CAR PORT: There’s a nice rubber cover over the car charging port, a nice addition since I’ve had dirt and debris get down inside the plug on my other portable battery.
(7) OVERLOAD PROTECTION WORKS: The device shows a fan icon when the fan kicks on due to high wattage draw, and the overload protection works; the device will shut down if you try to run continuously above 300w. I tested with my espresso machine (that I know peaks too high) and sure enough, the Allwei shut down as expected. (A restart is then required.)
Also, it works well with solar panels (I tried charging it with my 80w panels and it took the charge well). The only potential downside I can see is that there isn’t a 24v output on the Allwei (but it can take up to 24v input). On the other hand, I have never run into a 24v device, but I know they’re popular with the RV crowd.
Overall, the Allwei is one of the best portable battery banks / solar generators in its class, and is definitely worth the purchase. (As with ALL of these devices, however, I strongly urge you to purchase the 3-year protection warranty to protect your investment!)
