Visually, it’s a very beautiful phone! Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the volume for the playback recording or when you make a recording on the phone mic. The mic is poor quality. Which is unfortunate for such an expensive device. I feel that all of the recordings we do receive will be distorted & muffled because of it.

Was disappointed. Looks very classy and high quality in photos but it’s made of plastic and it’s very light weight. Very limited instructions and was not easy to use. Audio recording picks up background noise which distracts from the message being left. Not a good value for the money if you plan to use it for a big event.

Vous pouvez directement contacter le service client Fiaya.com qui est franchement très rapide je contacté par mail, ils se sont tout de suite occupés, ils sont vraiment top rapides efficace, je conseille vivement ce produit qui est très très bien et qui va vous laisser des souvenirs éternellement .
