As a someone who spends long hours working and driving, I can’t believe how much of a difference this Back Massager has made in my daily routine. I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.
You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.
I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.
I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.
Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

tldr: Adjustability consists of moving it around. It’s got two sets of “fingers”; each moves in a circle. Changing the adjustable setting makes it run faster or slower, and the mode setting adds pauses of varying length in the kneading cycle. The heat is minimal, but helpful. Depth of the kneading is not adjustable, other than leaning on it less or more. It does work for what we need.

Bought one for my mom and myself to share, and after using it for a bit myself, I had one piece of advise for mom: do NOT lean hard until you figure out how it works! It is *intense*. Not sure why the pictures show people lying down on it. If you lie down on it, it will be way too intense, IMO, and will wear out quickly.
If you place it against the chair, and lean on it according to how deeply you’d like it to work, then it works very well. I move it up and down as needed, flipping it so the massage fingers are on the lower end to address low back issues, and it works very well, so far.
It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, moving it every 2-3 minutes, to treat my whole back, and a couple more if i want to spend the time on my neck area. I haven’t used it on anything other than the spinal area of my back (center only) and neck, so I’m not sure how well it would work on any other areas.
We have an outlet within 5 feet of the recliner where we use it, so the cord length is not a problem for us, but keep that in mind, if it concerns you.

It’s advertised for back and neck; however, because it’s so small, it’s uncomfortable on these areas if not positioned just right. I think it works best on legs. It comes with a cord that works in the cigarette/auxiliary power port of the car. So, I like that I can use it on breaks. I, unfortunately, paid regular price for this. If you can get it on sale, I think it’s worth a try. However, for the full sale price, skip it. There are products with better features for the same or slightly more money.

OMG – I’ve got a pinched nerve in my neck and I’ve been looking for the past month for something to help ease the pain in my neck and shoulders. After Christmas, Instagram and other platforms have been heavily marketing some products that look as though they would be perfect for pinched nerve relief but after doing some research, they were all made in China and had low reviews. Heating elements didn’t work, sometimes the product didn’t even show up. Regardless, I was getting desperate and even thought about taking a chance on one of these products despite the poor performance reviews. I stumbled onto the Boriwat massager and from the video and pictures, it looked as though it would tackle the place I needed massaging. Okay, the massager showed up today and I can’t believe how crazy good this product is. It takes a lot for me to write a rave review but I had to share in case you are dealing with the same pain as me. There are multiple modes for intensity, same for direction of massage. I had a massage just before Christmas and this product feels like a hands massaging my neck and shoulders. I love the ability to turn the heat on or off. I iced my shoulders after using the heat and it felt like heaven. It appears you can also use the same product on your back, abdomen, calf and thigh as well as feet. I haven’t tried any other areas yet as I need to get the pinched nerve in my neck under control. Can’t wait to use this product again tomorrow!!!! Fantastic price – does everything it says it will do and more.
