I use this for KP on my shoulders and to keep my feet soft. It’s also great for dry patches (elbows, knees, etc). It’s doesn’t sting or smell.

This cream leaves a white film on my skin after application. The smell does not bother me, but I am not a fan of the film it leaves behind. It is still too soon to tell if it really works for me, but my dermatologist recommended it for keratosis pilaris on my arms.

I will keep using it for now and see if there is improvement. Overall, it seems gentle and easy to apply.

Great product. It’s loaded with urea which is great for KP, rough elbows, etc, but gentle enough to use everywhere. And like other urea lotions I’ve tried this one doesn’t smell like pee. 😁 As you would expect from a cetaphil product it absorbs very well and lasts a long time on the skin without being greasy. I live in the desert so I can’t speak to how this lotion behaves in humidity as, well, we don’t have any. 😉

I’ve been dealing with KP for forever and I’ve tried so many different (and expensive) products and nothing has ever helped. I saw a video recommending Cetaphil 20% urea for KP and I had never even heard of urea before. The bottle is not expensive and I figured it’s worth a try. I’m glad I did and wish I had learned about this product earlier. Within 2 days I could already see a difference and after a few weeks I feel like my legs are the smoothest they have ever been with KP. For once I’m not completely dreading wearing shorts this upcoming summer. The texture can feel a tad chalky but it’s worth it for how much it helps with KP.

I appreciate Cetaphil for coming out with their Rough and Bumpy Cream because it has 20% Urea which sloughs off bumpy skin so fast, removes self tanner…if you want a new safe method to doing so, chemically exfoliates your skin in a gentle manner, while being soothing! I suggest not applying this on your face but on your legs it brightens them right up from dull to bright right away! Arms too especially if you have eczema or just bumps in general such as chicken skin! Ask your Dr as always!!! But if you know your skin, this is such a beautiful cream and at such a value! $11 OMG! So affordable! I will rebuy THIS again as it works but in a comfortable manner! I slather it on my arms and legs! That’s where I need it and it’s effective! Urea is such an underrated ingredient which has skin soothing properties as well! I never thought I’d see this from Cetephil! Nice!

The item itself is amazing I ordered it to see if would help me with my razor bumps on my legs and the itchyness and it was worked amazing my legs are smooth and no more razor bumps
The only downside of it was that when the cream arrived had spilled a bit which just for next time have better packaging but other than that i definitely recommend for smooth legs

I’ve been using this for rough and bumpy skin and I actually really like it so far. It’s lightweight, absorbs well, and doesn’t feel greasy or heavy. I’ve definitely noticed my skin feels smoother and more comfortable, even though I know it’s still a work in progress.

The bumps aren’t magically gone overnight, but there’s a clear improvement in texture, and my skin just feels healthier overall. No irritation, no burning, which I really appreciate.

Also, urea is AMAZING. If you know, you know. It makes such a difference for rough skin.

I’ll keep using it because it’s helping, even if results take time. A solid product if you’re dealing with texture and want something gentle but effective.

I saw this lotion on a dermatologist’s page on Facebook and figured I’d give it a try bc I didn’t like how dry my heels would get almost immediately after a pedicure. This stuff is amazing. I’ve started using it on my arms, knees, and elbows. It’s not greasy at all and doesn’t have a smell. I’ve bought several tubes already and will continue doing so

Gentle but effective cream. Hermits to take my hands from Godzilla level of dryness to buttery smooth. I will be purchasing this cream for years to come!

This product did not work well the first time we used it for our Keratosis Pilaris. However, when you get out to the shower if you immediately put The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner on the back of your arms and then immediately follow it up with this cream it makes an incredible difference. The combo of these two products had been the first thing that is working to resolve the KP. Highly recommend when the two products are used in conjunction of each other.

I’ve been using this lotion for 3 weeks and it has worked wonders on my feet , hands, and elbows. When I apply it I do have to be careful not to over do it or it gets powdery and pills but it has my skin smooth and in great shape.

I have recently been introduced to UREA. I can hardly find a product on Amazon with Urea in it that is a full-body moisturizer. Usually, it’s formulated just for a foot and elbow product. I was so happy to find this Cetaphil Cream with 20% Urea. That is a good amount of Urea for a body moisturizer. I use it mostly for my shins, ankles, pretty much all bottom leg parts. My body is soft everywhere except that area, and within a couple of weeks, my skin on my lower legs was just as soft. I did not have any residue, piling, or white powder left behind. I made sure to use enough, but not to excess. I decided to start using this cream on the rest of my body, and now I am running out. I came here to replenish and purchase another tube, but it shows as Unavailable! What! Now I cannot find it anywhere. This was a fairly new product. What is happening? This cannot be discontinued already. Please. This is a holy grail for me.

The lotion is a great product, just don’t buy it in the summer, I received the product completely melted.

I developed a strange rash on both arms, painless, not itchy, and totally random. I was close to making a dermatologist appointment when I decided to try this cream first. I’m so glad I did. After using it twice a day for a couple of weeks, the rash on my forearms disappeared completely. Truly impressed with how well it worked.
