If you are used to a dress with sequins this is a perfect, but for me It was very rough and scratchy way too many sequins felt like barnacles. the lining was soft and comfortable and The style was good and sizing is perfect. It is a very pretty flattering dress which is why I gave it 3 stars I am just not a big fan of the feel. I have never had a sequin dress before so did not know what to expect, the jacket helps with the scratchiness but it too has scratchy sequins on the sleeves.

I bought the burgundy sequin dress in XL. I usually wear a 14 dress as I’m about 5’4″+ and 160 lbs with a large chest (40D). The XL was fairly roomy and there is some stretch to the fabric. The dress is comfortable except for under the arms. Without the jacket on, the sequins scratch my sensitive skin on the arms. The length of the dress is just right, falling just at my knee. The jacket is very nice– fairly sheer but adds a good look and a bit of warmth. The sequins on the cuffs of the jacket are a perfect touch. The jacket even has darts for shaping. I wish I could buy the jacket by itself! The zipper works very smoothly and I could zip it myself because there is enough stretch. The pattern of the sequins is quite pretty. If the lining fabric was a bit stiffer or thicker I think it would be more smoothing for lumpy bodies. My photos were taken without any fancy under garments. I would recommend something smoothing underneath if you’re shaped like me.

I’m 5 ft, 36D-30-37 inches. The length is a little longer on me than on the model, but that doesn’t bother me, and I don’t need to get it hemmed up. The lightweight black cover-up gives it a more formal modest look, but can be removed at the reception for dancing. A lovely dress and cover up. Fits perfectly! 5’5 and 118 lbs in a medium. Only issue is the wrinkles. It says not to iron it. I washed it on the delicate cycle to see I could get rid of the wrinkles but that didn’t help one bit. I am going to try to iron it on very low heat. Otherwise, I will not be able to wear it.

I purchased 2 of this style in a medium with 2 colors in dusty rose & lavender, but liked the lavender better on me. This dress fits wonderfully for my figure type. I like the jacket. It also has a good lining I plan to wear at daughter’s wedding

Beautiful- winter wedding attire. Very forgiving, runs a bit small. Jacket compliments dress with sequins around cuff- gives it just the right weight and direction. Remove jacket and you’re ready to hit the dance floor. Love it so much I’m afraid to HAND WASH it – want to make it last forever

I am so glad that I ordered this. It is stunning. The color is true (sky blue) and the size is perfect. I went with a XXL because of my middle aged belly (ugh!). But the style camouflages nicely. I’m so glad that after trying on probably 20 dresses, this one is a keeper. Don’t hesitate to buy!
