This is such a cool fan – literally! I don’t know how that center plate gets so cold, but it’s really makes a difference. The fan works really well. I love the adjustability of the speed and the angle of the fan. You can hold it to blow on your face or neck, or you can adjust the fan so that it blows up as you wear it. I find it dead in my bag because it turns itself on all the time. The buttons are entirely too easy to press. You can bend it and wear the necklace so it points at your face hands free. The cooling plate is nice but doesnt seem to make the air any significantly cooler, feels nice to the touch though. Battery lasts a while if not accidentally pressed on, and fan power is decent. Its s good backup but not ny favorite fan. My favorite is a jisulife fan with no cooling plate

What a great portable fan!!!!! my son and I are always going to amusement parks and we live in Florida so as you could probably imagine it is miserably hot waiting in those lines , for possibly over an hour just to get on one roller coaster! This fan is awesome. I’ve traveled to Miami with it and it held up very well. The cooling part I feel actually works, and I don’t have to put it in the fridge or anything extra like that. It’s always strong and I’ve had it for a while and it is still holding up the same quality as when I first got it. The air flow is super strong and can be a bit noisy depending on you environment. This little fan goes from one to 199 with speed. It also has a cooling button if you want to use it as refrigerated air when you touch that button this air becomes like putting your face in the refrigerator. I am blown away. I showed this to a friend and they felt it on their face and they said Does that little fan have Freon in it I said no it’s just battery operated. I will be buying another one of these fans I put it in my purse and I’m going through menopause so when I have a heat flash, I can pull this out turn that air conditioner on. I’m good to go real quick. It cools me off so fast. What an awesome little fan. It’s a walking air conditioner and I use it on and off all day and my battery life has never been below 50% by the time I come home to plug it in it’s rechargeable five star.

This was a lifesaver when I visited a tropical country, it would blow cold air and the cooling plate pressed against my skin really helped me survive the heat. Great battery life and I love the ability to adjust the speed, would highly recommend.
It is compact, light and very easy to carry in the backpack or even in the hand without bothering. The battery lasts long enough for several hours of use, which is perfect for outings, trips or hot days.
It has good power for its size and several speed levels, so you can adjust it as you need. In addition, it is quite quiet, something that I really appreciate when I use it in public places or while resting.

UPDATE: By July 13, 2025, I have one fan with a good cold plate and faulty bearings in the fan motor. The fan runs noisily. The second fan motor is reasonably good, but the cold plate has quit. ORIGINAL: I bought two fans, each of which comes with a USB-A-to-USB-C charging cord and lanyard. The cooling plate chills, and when the ambient room temperature is warm, I have seen moisture condense on the cold plate. Likewise, my breath on the cold plate causes moisture to condense. The air from the fan feels cool. The advertised drop in temperature of 18° F seems to be spot on.
I run the fan at speeds ranging from 1 through about 50. It sounds like an airplane engine winding up when raised to 199!
The lanyard allows me to wear the fan around my neck, at about chest height. I had to look at a YouTube video to see how to attach the lanyard. Detach the lanyard from both clips and lay it aside. Each clip has a loop on its other end. Pinch the loop together and fit it into one side of the fan receptacle. Pull it through with the provided pin. Feed the clip through the loop and pull the clip tight. After both clips are attached to the fan, reattach the lanyard.
The one negative I had was that one of the two provided USB cords was defective. I couldn’t plug it into any USB-C port. I tossed it.

This is a cool gadget for the summer. It is strong enough for a personal fan, with many speed to choose from. The cooling feature works great and it does cool up and shoot cooler air. It will cool you up for seconds, but your body will warm it up. You have to move it on and off to keep the cooling. It is a bit noisy, but you won’t notice it much outdoors. I like that you can add the strap and put it around your neck or waist. It’s USB-C rechargeable, so you can take it everywhere and charge with any phone charger. Very simple to use, it just has 2 buttons.

The cooling plate is nice but doesnt seem to make the air any significantly cooler, feels nice to the touch though. Battery lasts a while if not accidentally pressed on, and fan power is decent. Its s good backup but not ny favorite fan. My favorite is a jisulife fan with no cooling plate

What a great portable fan!!!!! my son and I are always going to amusement parks and we live in Florida so as you could probably imagine it is miserably hot waiting in those lines , for possibly over an hour just to get on one roller coaster! This Fan has really saved us. It makes it a little bit easier to wait in such a long line! The charge lasts for so long, it has really high speed, and you can also control if it has a cooling pad on it, which blows out colder air! I am placing an order for another one as we speak!! It’s great quality, rechargeable, the price point is great and you just don’t have to be that miserable in the heat of summer with this little guy!

This fan is awesome. I’ve traveled to Miami with it and it held up very well. The cooling part I feel actually works, and I don’t have to put it in the fridge or anything extra like that. It’s always strong and I’ve had it for a while and it is still holding up the same quality as when I first got it. The air flow is super strong and can be a bit noisy depending on you environment. It is not the loudest fan ever. The size is also good is has fit in most bags. My prada purse it was a bit of a squeeze

This little fan goes from one to 199 with speed. It also has a cooling button if you want to use it as refrigerated air when you touch that button this air becomes like putting your face in the refrigerator. I am blown away. I showed this to a friend and they felt it on their face and they said Does that little fan have Freon in it I said no it’s just battery operated. I will be buying another one of these fans I put it in my purse and I’m going through menopause so when I have a heat flash, I can pull this out turn that air conditioner on. I’m good to go real quick. It cools me off so fast. What an awesome little fan. It’s a walking air conditioner and I use it on and off all day and my battery life has never been below 50% by the time I come home to plug it in it’s rechargeable five star.

This was a LIFE SAVER on our recent trip to Disney. Very happy with the power and battery life. It is not too heavy so between uses I comfortably hung it around my neck. You can also turn it on and position air to blow in your face while doing that. Portable enough to fit in a medium sized cross body if you need to put it up.

This thing has some serious fan power and works wonders on cooling you down. I’ve had full size floor fans that didn’t have this much speed and power! I currently have it on 57 and there is so much air flow!
The strap makes it so you can use it as a hand held fan or hang it around your neck. You can adjust the angle of the fan to position it perfectly for wherever you want the air to blow. This will be a lifesaver for me when we go on vacation to Florida this year. I HATE being hot and sweat terribly and this is going to be so nice to have. 10/10

ORIGINAL: I bought two fans, each of which comes with a USB-A-to-USB-C charging cord and lanyard. The cooling plate chills, and when the ambient room temperature is warm, I have seen moisture condense on the cold plate. Likewise, my breath on the cold plate causes moisture to condense. The air from the fan feels cool. The advertised drop in temperature of 18° F seems to be spot on.
I run the fan at speeds ranging from 1 through about 50. It sounds like an airplane engine winding up when raised to 199!
The lanyard allows me to wear the fan around my neck, at about chest height. I had to look at a YouTube video to see how to attach the lanyard. Detach the lanyard from both clips and lay it aside. Each clip has a loop on its other end. Pinch the loop together and fit it into one side of the fan receptacle. Pull it through with the provided pin. Feed the clip through the loop and pull the clip tight. After both clips are attached to the fan, reattach the lanyard.
The one negative I had was that one of the two provided USB cords was defective. I couldn’t plug it into any USB-C port. I tossed it.

It will cool you up for seconds, but your body will warm it up. You have to move it on and off to keep the cooling. It is a bit noisy, but you won’t notice it much outdoors. I like that you can add the strap and put it around your neck or waist. It’s USB-C rechargeable, so you can take it everywhere and charge with any phone charger. Very simple to use, it just has 2 buttons.
