I really like the clean design of this heated wrap. It comes nicely folded in a box, and the fabric is very soft and fuzzy. The stitching along the edges is nice and flat, no ripples or gathers and even the collar area is a nice straight and even shape. The control panel is very easy to use and it heats up quickly and evenly, and the timer function is very easy to use. This pad can be used around the neck and shoulders, or lower around your mid back, or legs, anywhere you need to place heat in a specific area. I’m very happy with this pad.

My stress has always hit my neck area. For years, the only relief I could find was a microwavable bean bag heating pad. The heat never lasted long and so I would make many trips to the kitchen to reheat. In the end, it never did much to alleviate my pain.

Once I plug it in and set the heating level, I can snuggle up on my sofa and relax while the heating pad does the work. I really like this and so does my husband. He has bulging discs throughout his neck and issues with stiff muscles throughout his shoulders from his time in the Army and he loves this thing. The warmth is hot enough to help with aches and pains but not enough to burn your skin. I have problems with tension headaches from extremely tight neck muscles and this has helped to alleviate some of that. The heat is relaxing and is a great nonpharmacological means of pain relief or ease as opposed to taking medications. The cord is a decent length and the remote is easy to use. I love that it’s fitted to the neck as opposed to using a square pad. Highly recommend!

She said this takes away the soreness in her muscles and she is able to go to bed and sleep through the night without pain. I really like this product. It does exactly what it advertises. This neck and shoulder wrap is great in the fact that it really is contoured to rest around the intended areas and stay in place. I like the snap to secure it in the front which is necessary for me in that I have a very small frame, so it seems to be a little loose fitting. I would have preferred that it be a little more “weighted” to really rest on the neck and shoulders a little better. This model does have heat coils up into the neck area which is a feature I was absolutely wanting in a heating pad. I looked at many similar looking heated wraps and couldn’t get a clear idea from the manufacturing advertisement or customer reviews as to if that was the case for their products.

The moment I took this heating pad out of the box, I knew, I knew this design is perfect for the tense muscles in my neck and shoulders. I immediately plugged it in and let it work its magic! Within a nanosecond I was able to feel the pressure release itself from my neck and shoulders!! I told my husband, I think I died and went to heaven. The mfg has the setting preset on 3 (heat level) so after 30 minutes on #3, I bumped it up to heat level 4 and was like whoa now that’s intense heat, so I did lower the heat level to 3. I will admit the next time I used it I had the heat level on 4 for 30 minutes and then I put the heat level to 3 for another 30 minutes. This heating pad has made my life a somewhat enjoyable experience! It’s comfortable, love having an option for the heat level, the ability to control the amount of time I have it on my neck and shoulders and it does help drop the pressure and pain, I carry in my neck and shoulders! YES, I’d buy it again! YES, I’d recommend it! YES, I’d buy it for a gift! FINALLY…..YES I’M IN LOVE with this heating pad!!
Wish I could find one for my lower back, that’s a heating pad and massager!

I find the heat doesn’t come from the upper neck “collar” portion, just the lower part. It does have a snap which secures well, but I find that for it to lay properly on me I do better draping it without securing it.
