I read some good reviews on these and decided to take a chance. I wanted a barefoot shoes I can use day to day, basically a tennis shoe. Years ago I used to wear the barefoot shoes with individual toes but these were a pain in the rear to get my toes in the shoes. I honestly don’t have a ton of miles on these but I wore them for over 14 hours one day and 12 hours another day. I walked around on grass, gravel, concrete, asphalt, and other simple day to day things a normal person would encounter. They were very comfortable and had very good traction. My toes were able to stretch out and move. Obviously it’s never going to be 100% like going barefoot. I don’t care what companies tell you. The packaging of these is super nice. The shoes were in plastic bags which I thought might be overkill but it does come with a nice cotton bag that comes in handy for traveling. These will be great travel shoes as they are thin and can be folded up very small. They breathe great and I had no sweating. To be transparent the sweating part is tricky for me as I have raynaud’s disease. So my feet are typically either cold or sweating. The only downside and the reason I did not give them a potential of 5 stars is the insert. The insert does tend to come out with your foot when taking them off. It’s very minor as they go back in very easily. One big thing that I would like to see is grounding included in on these shoes. Grounding may not be of importance to you. One small minor suggestion would be may just plain colors like white, black, or blue without the pattern. This might be personal preference.

These shoes are amazing! So comfortable and fit well. I had a hard time finding shoes cause the backs are high. And these backs are not hitting my legs. I have lymdema and these do not rub against by legs. I was given my 1st pair and have bought 2 because the are very comfortable. Thank you!

Love this shoe. I have problems with ingrown toenails so the extra room in the toe box is wonderful. Not your built up shoe with extra arch support. Barely any sole there, yet at the end of the day, your feet are happy. Though they are comfortable enough to wear all day, follow the suggestion to increase your wear time gradually. Not recommended for rough terrain.

I was looking for a lightweight, packable shoe to wear around the hotel while traveling–a house shoe that didn’t look like a house shoe and could be worn outside. These shoes fit the bill and are incredibly comfortable. I bought my regular size 9, although the shoes fit up to a 9-1/2. At first they felt a bit large, but the elastic laces are adjustable and I can wear them with socks, which I wanted to do. Love the Prussian Blue color.

Not sure I’d wear them to hike, but I know others do that. Just ordered a second pair.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in more than a decade. A game changer for hammer toes and bunions. I think the secret is the wide toe box and the pliable uppers. The only problem is that the very soft uppers make them tricky to put on. But it’s worth it.

They are a great walking shoe they’re very comfortable for your toe area there’s not much support for ankle or Arch if you have those problems

I have bunions on both feet that make most shoes painful. With these there is no pain! They don’t rub at all! They are so light it feels like I am walking on air. I absolutely love these.

I have only had these shoes for a few days and have not worn them outside yet. Too much snow. In the house they are very comfortable. I ordered the size I normally wear and they fit well. I like the nonrestrictive feel. They seem just as described. I didn’t give them five stars because I don’t know how they will be outside yet.

I was so hopeful these would be right for me. I have two bad hips and two bad knees. Botched up hip surgery left one leg shorter than the other. I got these to help my foot muscles get stronger, for balance, and to add the lift to help my hips be even. It took me 30 minutes to get them on. I’d seen ads for HIke Footwear and supposedly you can slide right in them. I must have picked the wrong type. They are comfy for sure, but I can never take them off otherwise I have to go through another 30 minutes every time I want to put on my shoes. Very sad. But they are cute, soft and comfy.

Fit right and are comfortable

Fit is small. I ordered a half size bigger than my running shoes that are already a size bigger than my foot. Toes are at the end.
I like the barefoot feel but for $69 I expected a little better quality for the top parts of the shoe. Feels like paper and difficult to put on. I’ve only had these a week. Seems to help with foot pain by working all muscles and I definitely feel my calf muscles working more than with my Hokas or Brooks. Feeling is coming back in my pinkie toe😉

These shoes are cute and comfortable, the wide toebox helps with that, they are flat and you actually feel the contact with the ground. I put my hard orthotic I got from the podiatrist in them for arch support .I wear them around the house and to PT. I could not see myself wearing them for a long walk or a hike.

I love these shoes! I have several pair now. They are comfortable, look good, and are machine washable and dryable. Will get another pair soon.

Getting used to these shoes. There is no thickness to them, so if you’re walking on a graveled area, you feel that through the bottom of the shoes. They are comfortable for the most part. My first 3 days my feet hurt bad. ( mind you, they always hurt, so I don’t blame the shoes.. my feet are adjusting) day 4, they feel pretty darn good!
A lot of comments on the rainbow color. Very light, look great with white capris and blue jeans. I’m satisfied thus far. I’m not looking for a miracle.. but my main hope is the balancing.. my degenerative bones in my feet are causing me to fall a lot.. so I’m really hoping these help with balance. I’m waiting for my black pair to arrive. I’m hoping to wear them daily at work. 95% of my work attire is black pants, so praying that these help and I have a new every day shoe.

I had knee surgery (meniscus) about a year ago. After the surgery it seemed no shoe was right for me. I had such a hard time walking and I love walking.
I saw these shoes and thought I would give them a try. I got them and the minute I put them on I could feel the difference. I am able to walk again without feeling off. I am so happy I gave them a try.
The quality of these is great as well. They come in a cloth type baggie, so you know it’s the real deal.

The thin liner is perfect for comfort and helps to protect the sole of my foot around the house and yard. I do not like the little holes in the sloe of the shoe. They allow small debris and pebbles into the shoe. Overa) the shoes arre very comfortable, easy to slip on and I will purchase them again. Sizing was just as the company suggested.

These are authentic Hike Footwear HF shoes. These are great comfortable shoes for hammer toe and bunion issues. I’ve only worn them a few times but so far so good. Fits true to size and very cute. I have ordered other shoes that were misleading and a knockoff but these are the authentic HF shoes!

The shoes don’t convert to European sizes as they say. A 12- 12 1/2 women’s shoe normally converts to a 45. They converted it to a 43, which means my toes rub against the front and pushes down the back. I texted Hike footwear with no resolution. I wore them for a full day, hoping they would stretch a bit. No luck.
The actual toe width space is wonderful and the sole does feel like walking barefoot. I’d recommend them only if buying a bigger size than they say.

These Hike Footwear shoes are fabulous! They are well made, soft, wonderful wide toe box and allow my feet to feel the floor. In recent months I have had an ongoing problem with sciatica on my right side and after wearing these for several days the sciatica is gone. I will definitely be buying more.

These shoes are exactly what I needed. Super comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Walking around outside you can actually feel rocks and pebbles under your feet without discomfort. When walking on a path you can feel the contours of the ground as you move around. One of the coolest thing you notice is that when you’re standing around and talking to someone, you can really feel the micro adjustments that your body makes to maintain balance. I ordered a pair to try because of a recommendation from a friend. After wearing them for a couple of days, I ordered another pair of HF shoes so that I can add them to my regular rotation. I’ll find out in a couple of months how well they handle the hot pavement under the brutal Arizona sun!
