Jacket was delivered a month after ordering. Word it one day and the zipper u zipped from the center of the jacket and could not unzip it correctly. Also the tabs broke off all the zippers (both pockets and main zipper first time use)
The jacket otherwise is great, very warm. Sizing runs bigger.

I ordered December 1 and received it January 6th. It showed as “package lost” for a while, so Amazon gave me a refund. Then I got the jacket a week later. I would have returned it anyway. The sewing is all falling apart. The zipper is very cheap and will most likely break. I ordered a size up than I needed at 4x and it fits like a 1x or 2x. The inside lining is covered in clumps of stuffing, like the kind you find in a teddy bear, that’s all static clung to it. I’m not sure what that’s about or where it came from. And both pockets have a hole in the inside. The jacket itself has a nice forest green color and looks cute. Just bad material and quality.
It’s a no for me. All around not great.

The bottom hem is cut up too high on the sides, and it looks awkward. The lining is not as furry as the picture. It doesn’t look like it has been previously worn, but it definitely smells like it has. And there were no tags on it. Anywhere. It did come in decent time. It was here the first day of the date range we expected it. My daughter does not like it, so we will be returning it.

The metal part of the zipper widened so it would not zip properly, and then it just broke apart in my hand. I have no idea how to resolve this issue. It is still 30 degrees here, so I wish it could keep me as warm as it did before. The zipper handle on the pocket broke off too. I’d have to say the pockets are way too shallow. It barely holds my gloves. Overall, the coat is very comfortable and warm. It just has some cheap parts to it.

This is a great mid-weight coat and looks great to boot. lt’s become my go-to coat for a quick trip to town to do errands. lt doesn’t get overly warm while l’m inside the store which is a big plus, but is cozy enough to keep me warm outside even in the rain. The only reason for not giving five stars is the fact that one of the pockets wasn’t sewn all the way around, but is an easy fix for me.

Zipper is HORRIBLE quality. Jacket is oversized fluffy & warm with a generous hood. Asymmetrical zipper is slightly off center – which is too close to center to be cool – it’s just looks… tweaked. Bought 2 of these on accident – BOTH ZIPPER pulls broke within a week and even with best effort to be careful on second coat – still broke because the zipper catches both on sideways fabric, AND on misaligned teeth. Just a very poor zipper quality. Very lightweight & plush though. Pockets are very centered – too close to zipper and very small – not big enough for my mid-sized phone.

The sleeves run short which is terrible for a winter coat and it isn’t a puffy coat at all. The detail is kind of like the picture. I love THIS coat! It’s warm and soft and works great. I like that it has deep pockets. The zipper broke off after a few months so I took off one star but otherwise this coat has been a wonderful value for what I paid! For context I live in an area with super unpredictable winter weather. When it was in the single digits the coat worked great even still and was lovely to have during 20’s 30’s 40’s and wasn’t too intense for the 50’s if it was unzipped. I am someone who hates to be cold so that also needs to be noted for those that run warmer.
