I think this is the real deal, whatever wavelengths of light that make red light therapy effective; this lamp seems be producing them. The light is more intense than I expected, it has 4 levels of brightness and I’ve been using it on level 3 for just a few days now and I’m feeling less inflammation and I’m getting deeper sleep. I imagine this light can’t be too different from whatever they have to offer at spas and treatment centers and with the convenience of having it at your own place and getting it at a reasonable price, I think this is a very good product.

The first day I got this one lens fell out of the safety glasses. I wasn’t able to get it back in correctly and I was bummed but I really liked this light. I am glad I held onto it. Morfone sent me a replacement pair of glasses… THANK YOU!!! I am VERY happy with this light. I feel it working well and have already purchased one for my daughter to help with pain and inflammation.
I love how versatile this light is. I use it in the morning at my standup desk where I change the elevation and move it up to get my legs, knees and all of my back. It really works well. I can feel the light working.
I will move it around the house with me so sometimes I have it buy my yoga mat as some of the pictures show but normally I keep it in my office and use it while I work at my standing desk. My wife uses it on the sofa where she can have it close to her face for skin care.
I tried to show how versatile it is so you can face it low to the ground or put it in whatever position you like. You can see I have a book on it… others complain it isn’t stable but I like that it is not too heavy… just put something on it if you need to.
My dog loves it too. He usually lays down on the yoga mat and I put the red light on him. He loves it… supposedly it’s good for his skin irritation. Time will tell.

Many reviewers leaving a 1 star rating, have shown thier ignorance regarding Red Light Therapy (RLT). Remember this is low-level light therapy (LLLT)
RLT will NOT and is NOT supposed to generate heat!!
If thats what you’re after, you need to buy an Infra Red lamp!
RLT should be either be cool or only slightly warm your tissue as ALL medical journal papers say.
So with that being said, only time will tell how effective the device is and you must use the correct light wave length for treatment.
I have been using this for a month and waited this long to write my review. This red light therapy is perfect for my needs. I love how lightweight it is because I can move around and set it up wherever possible. It is very functional; the remote has a few settings. It is very straightforward. You will never need a manual to use this. This doesn’t get hot, which is fine, I only need it over my head, and I can comfortably sit or lie down while using it. I think this is not bad for the price, since a red light therapy spa can be costly, and I can use it whenever I need it. It fits my small walk-in closet, and I don’t need to dismantle it each time I use it.
Updating 11/18/2025 The device was great a couple of weeks ago. Then I noticed it loosened around the LED light head, which caused it to drop onto my face. It isn’t stable anymore. I wish I could return this, but it is past my return window.

I like this lamp, the quality, the settings and the swivel stem. The only drawback is the lamp light doesn’t adjust directions. I’d like to be able to maneuver it from the landscape length, to a portrait style. Its adjustable every other way as far as tilt, swing and height just not the light portion. I’d like to be able to have the light point at a larger area up and down my body instead of across. Other than that, I am happy with the light. The other drawback is the standard is not heavy duty and has tipped over several times. I rectified this by wrapping 2 5# leg weights at the bottom.

It was somewhat difficult to find a red light device with the 940nm wavelength, so I was very happy to find this very affordable one. I love the ability to set the intensity, isolate wavelength (or all wavelengths), and auto-off timer feature. There are a lot of angle and positioning options.
I love it. Do your own research on how often to use, as studies have noted overuse can have opposite effect. I use 2-3x week, with different settings for different reasons.
For post-workout muscle recovery or sore muscles in general, I use the highest setting with all wavelengths for 20-25 minutes. I use on direct skin (no clothing barrier) between 8-12 inches away. I reposition the panel to cover 3-4 general areas (back, stomach, legs).
For Thyroid tissue regeneration potential, I use only the 940nm wavelength 6″ away from neck for 20 mins, 2x/ week. Too soon to share if any effect. Some 10-year studies exist in support of tissue regeneration.
I only use the lowest wavelength (surface depth) which I think is 660 nm (?) on my face. I did not previously have wrinkles, but I tend to get dark spots when in the sun. I discontinued use of any salicylic acid products (very important- do your own research). I think benzoyl peroxide is ok, but I have not really needed the acne products any more! I think this is a direct result of the use of this red light. Awesome.
The only complaints are: the base is not stable. I simply put two 5lb dumbbells on the stand. Its fine. Other complaint is the panel did not rotate at first. I saw comments that the wiring may become compromised if twist it. So, I rotate it only 1/4 turn in the same direction if needed. The rotation is easy after an initial “breaking in” (yes, there was a one-time crack sound). Again, I am careful not to twist the wires around at all. It has been great.
I have noticed significant pain relief, inflammation reduction, and skin tightness and evening of tone. Have used for a couple months. Other people have noticed how nice my skin is.
I recommend this product highly.

I think this is the real deal, whatever wavelengths of light that make red light therapy effective; this lamp seems be producing them. The light is more intense than I expected, it has 4 levels of brightness and I’ve been using it on level 3 for just a few days now and I’m feeling less inflammation and I’m getting deeper sleep. I imagine this light can’t be too different from whatever they have to offer at spas and treatment centers and with the convenience of having it at your own place and getting it at a reasonable price, I think this is a very good product.

The first day I got this one lens fell out of the safety glasses. I wasn’t able to get it back in correctly and I was bummed but I really liked this light. I am glad I held onto it. My dog loves it too. He usually lays down on the yoga mat and I put the red light on him. He loves it… supposedly it’s good for his skin irritation. Time will tell.

Many reviewers leaving a 1 star rating, have shown thier ignorance regarding Red Light Therapy (RLT). Remember this is low-level light therapy (LLLT)
RLT will NOT and is NOT supposed to generate heat!!
If thats what you’re after, you need to buy an Infra Red lamp!
RLT should be either be cool or only slightly warm your tissue as ALL medical journal papers say.
So with that being said, only time will tell how effective the device is and you must use the correct light wave length for treatment.
– 660nm – skin surface (face, etc.)
– 850nm – Deeper skin ( face, hair scalp, etc.)
– 940nm – deep tissue penetration (muscles,etc.)

I have been using this for a month and waited this long to write my review. This red light therapy is perfect for my needs. I love how lightweight it is because I can move around and set it up wherever possible. It is very functional; the remote has a few settings. It is very straightforward. You will never need a manual to use this. This doesn’t get hot, which is fine, I only need it over my head, and I can comfortably sit or lie down while using it. I think this is not bad for the price, since a red light therapy spa can be costly, and I can use it whenever I need it. It fits my small walk-in closet, and I don’t need to dismantle it each time I use it.

The device was great a couple of weeks ago. Then I noticed it loosened around the LED light head, which caused it to drop onto my face. It isn’t stable anymore. I wish I could return this, but it is past my return window.

I like this lamp, the quality, the settings and the swivel stem. The only drawback is the lamp light doesn’t adjust directions. I’d like to be able to maneuver it from the landscape length, to a portrait style. Its adjustable every other way as far as tilt, swing and height just not the light portion. I’d like to be able to have the light point at a larger area up and down my body instead of across. Other than that, I am happy with the light. The other drawback is the standard is not heavy duty and has tipped over several times. I rectified this by wrapping 2 5# leg weights at the bottom.

It only provides any stability if the arm is practically straight out over the base due to where it connects at. If you swivel the light outside like a 15⁰ arc it will tip. Simple solution would be to add flip out feet to make the base wider.

It was somewhat difficult to find a red light device with the 940nm wavelength, so I was very happy to find this very affordable one. I love the ability to set the intensity, isolate wavelength (or all wavelengths), and auto-off timer feature. There are a lot of angle and positioning options.
I love it. Do your own research on how often to use, as studies have noted overuse can have opposite effect. I use 2-3x week, with different settings for different reasons.
For post-workout muscle recovery or sore muscles in general, I use the highest setting with all wavelengths for 20-25 minutes. I use on direct skin (no clothing barrier) between 8-12 inches away. I reposition the panel to cover 3-4 general areas (back, stomach, legs).
For Thyroid tissue regeneration potential, I use only the 940nm wavelength 6″ away from neck for 20 mins, 2x/ week. Too soon to share if any effect. Some 10-year studies exist in support of tissue regeneration.
I only use the lowest wavelength (surface depth) which I think is 660 nm (?) on my face.
I did not previously have wrinkles, but I tend to get dark spots when in the sun. I discontinued use of any salicylic acid products (very important- do your own research). I think benzoyl peroxide is ok, but I have not really needed the acne products any more! I think this is a direct result of the use of this red light. Awesome.
The only complaints are: the base is not stable. I simply put two 5lb dumbbells on the stand. Its fine. Other complaint is the panel did not rotate at first. I saw comments that the wiring may become compromised if twist it. So, I rotate it only 1/4 turn in the same direction if needed. The rotation is easy after an initial “breaking in” (yes, there was a one-time crack sound). Again, I am careful not to twist the wires around at all. It has been great.
I have noticed significant pain relief, inflammation reduction, and skin tightness and evening of tone. Have used for a couple months. Other people have noticed how nice my skin is.
I recommend this product highly.
