I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. It does an excellent job cleaning different surfaces, from tiles to carpets, and it’s surprisingly quiet. The design is sleek, the app is easy to use, and it really saves time every day.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a full remote reboot option through the app — just like restarting a computer. That would make maintenance even easier. The pet detection feature could also work a bit faster, and the short side brush sometimes misses deep corners, but these are very minor things.

Overall, this is a high-quality and reliable robot vacuum — definitely worth the price. I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart home helper.

Disclaimer: I only have hardwood floors in my house with no stairs, crazy obstacles, ledges, etc. I do have a dog – chocolate lab.

I’m coming from a 3 year old Roborock E5 which is an entry level unit from years ago that just bumps into things and does not have LiDAR nor cameras. It just bumps into stuff. I did not use it when an app. It was actually a solid machine and does really well considering it’s not that “smart”. It’s also a vacuum only. Looking back, the Roborock was very solid and I like the brand a lot.

However, I needed more features to get my house clean to how I want it and wanted to incorporate mopping. I was going to go for Roborock again because I’m usually loyal to brands that have done me well. However, these vacs have gotten ridiculously expensive!! I paid around $200 for my mine and this time around I wanted something top tier but that means you’re spending over $1,200 and that’s pretty ridiculous to me for a vacuum. I think these bots are worth it and I was close to buying the Saros 10 for $1599 but it occurred to me that since I was coming from such a basic bot, I would probably find something in the $700-1,000 range that would exceed my expectations since I’m not used to having the latest and greatest.

Long story short, I didn’t want to spend that much and held off. I watched a ton of review sites and videos and basically realized that a $700-1,000 vacuum will give you great performance. I ended up with the Mova P50 for $799. I’m VERY happy with it.

The truth is, IMO, is the Saros 10 a better vac? Probably. But is it $800 better? No way! Any vacuum over $1k will likely give you only marginally better performance than this Mova P50. I would wager, any top tier vac will give you $200-300 more value and if it were that much more for a Saros 10 maybe I would have gotten it. In the end, as I meditated on such a large purchase it really became clear that there was no way I was going to get $800 more in value going to a top tier vac after watching all the glowing reviews of this P50. It’s simply not going to happen.

The P50 does almost everything the more expensive bots do. I love the camera. I love how it takes pics of obstacles and sends me reports and maps my house in the app. I have no other app experience so I cannot compare it but I’m very happy with the app. Yes, there are a couple Chinese translation issues I’ve seen with the app/literature as other reviews have mentioned. Some of the wording could be more polished/accurate but it’s 90-95% good enough. I actually love the app after I used it a couple times. I use custom settings for all my scheduled cleanings. I think it’s way better.

I vacuum every night at 3am when everyone is sleeping it goes in all the rooms minus bedrooms. Then two nights a week it mops and vacs. I will say make sure you keep up with the vacuum if you mop. The mop will smear pet hair/dirt that may get brought in if you have pets that go outside. Since I vacuum every night it’s not a big deal but the first time I used it my floors were not so clean and the mop was going the same time as the vac and it cleaned but left some mess behind. But let me tell you, it’s insane how much dirt this thing pics up and the waste water bucket gets BLACK water in it. My floors don’t even seem that dirty since it vacuums every night but having dogs and kids it’s impossible to keep clean so the dirt is there even if it doesn’t seem that bad.

Now I only do the custom cleaning – not the preprogrammed smart or genius cleaning whatever they call it. So I can exclude mopping and make sure house is clean then on mop night it’s all good. I can also pick the vac power – I use turbo – and the water setting I use #14. I also turn off the “advanced” setting that makes sure the unit stays away from obstacles – it will already avoid most things by default but if you turn this on then it won’t go into many tight areas it should because the sensors think it’s too close. By turning this off it will bump into things a little bit more – not a lot – but will get everywhere you need it to. I also turn off the settings where it will circle stuff with the side brush or mop extender. This might be ok for some, but it will take much much longer for the bot to finish and it may not fit into some areas correctly as it tries to circle around objects but then might bump into something and get thrown off etc.

Once it maps your house – it does it automatically as it cleans – you can name the rooms and program which rooms you want it to clean and when and in what order with individual mop/vac settings. You can also just pick one room at any time and tell it to clean it and it will drive itself there and get the job done. I do this occasionally in the kitchen and dining room where food gets dropped.

Nothing really gets caught in the brush. It detangles itself and I agree works well. I use my Miele canister vac still for other jobs and to clean this bit and its sensors and occasionally the dust bin. Yes you still need to vacuum out the brush every couple weeks as it picks up lint, etc, but it doesn’t really get tangled and stays mostly clean.

Yes, you can also drive it around with your phone as a remote control and you see the video feed from the bot. I’ve used this and it’s a neat feature and you can check on things when you’re not home.

ONLY DOWNSIDE: 1) Twice in last month the auto emptying didn’t work. The contents of the dust bin stayed in dustbin and I noticed it wasn’t sucking up much hair and voila the bin was packed. I found one of those metal twist ties was in the bin so it was blocking everything from coming out. I just take my Miele canister vac and clean it up and suck up the bin and put it back in service. 90% of the time the self emptying works but 10% of time the dust bin will get packed with dirt and dust to where it gets stuck (maybe gets damp from mopping?) and doesn’t want to come out with auto empty.

    2) You do have to fill water bucket and empty waste bucket regularly. Little bit of effort but worth it.

Conclusion: Buy it. If you want close to “top tier” performance without top tier price – then this is your bot.

This is my second Mova P10 Pro Ultra. I returned the first one because it had some issues with mopping and carpets. I was hoping it was a one-off, but this second one I have does the same thing. If you set it to mop only in a room with carpets, it runs over the carpet and keeps mopping. Not the whole carpet, but the edges and turning around on the carpet. You can imagine how unsatisfactory that is. So now I’m debating on returning this unit as well. All that being said, I give it 4 stars and it would be 5 if it didn’t have this 1 issue.

One other minor negative is that the extending brush doesn’t work on carpets. This was a problem with the Dreame L40, which is the twin to this vacuum, but the L40 had the issue recently fixed in a firmware update. Mova could easily fix this vacuum and could probably sort out the mopping carpet issue as well with firmware.

Another minor complaint is the app and navigation. I have a Roborock Q5 Pro. When I pull up the app while it’s vacuuming, I see instantly where the vacuum is and where it is going. In the Mova app, it takes a good 5-10 seconds before it refreshes and shows me where the vacuum is. And I can’t follow it on the app because it doesn’t refresh fast enough. It also doesn’t follow a precise path like the Q5 does. It’s kind of random even though it does get most things, but there are a lot of times it just sits and spins and goes over an area 10 times. Just not as refined as the Roborock, but still cleans as well or better. This again could be fixed with firmware.

    Now the good …
    1. the price on this thing makes it in a league of it’s own. I got it for $729 CAD in March 2025. The closest vacuum in a Roborock is the Qrevo Master and that thing is around $1400 right now here in pay-more-for-everything Canada. The Dream L40 is around $900 right now though so it’s not too far off, but still pretty much the same vacuum.
    2. The vacuuming is great. Very good on carpets (even though the rotating brush isn’t working) and gets 99% of stuff on non-carpeted floors.
    3. Mopping is also great (other than the carpet issue). I’m amazed at how well it cleans the floor and the fact that all you have to do is fill the water tank is amazing. It does everything else itself.
    4. The video navigation, while maybe a gimmick, is pretty cool in having a look around. I don’t like the fact that it keeps saying that the camera is on … give us an option to at least turn that off, but otherwise, useful to find my dog.
    5. Obstacle avoidance is very good. It’s so much better than my Roborock Q5. And I like that it takes a picture of an obstacle so you can see what it was.

For the price of it, it’s hard to justify not keeping it. But for such amazing obstacle avoidance and carpet recognition, it’s pretty annoying that it mops the carpet.

After a month with the MOVA Robot Vacuum, I can confidently say it’s one of the best-value smart vacuums I’ve tried. It’s not just a gimmick — it actually cleans well.

The suction power is strong enough to handle dust, pet hair, and small debris on both hardwood and carpet. It automatically adjusts suction depending on the surface, which helps with battery life. Speaking of battery — it runs for about 110–130 minutes per charge, plenty for a medium-sized home, and it returns to the dock on its own without issue.

The mapping system is also impressive. The LIDAR (or optical sensor, depending on the model) builds an accurate floor map after just one or two runs. You can set no-go zones and room-specific cleaning through the app, which is a huge plus.

It’s also quieter than most robot vacuums I’ve used — you can comfortably watch TV or take a call while it’s cleaning. The only downsides are that it occasionally struggles with darker carpets (a common robot vacuum issue), and the dustbin could be a bit larger.

    Pros:
    • Excellent suction for the price
    • Smart mapping and customizable cleaning zones
    • Quiet operation
    • Self-charging works reliably
    • Easy to use via the app or voice control
    :
If you want a budget-friendly robot vacuum that feels premium, the MOVA is a great buy. It delivers smart features, strong cleaning performance, and solid build quality — without the hefty price tag of a Roomba or Roborock.

I have to admit it took me a few weeks to decide to get the Mova P50 Ultra. There are so many robot options to choose from and the prices flucuate from day to day and the newer robots have less reviews and a lot of the videos posted are promos and.. AHHH! This was harder decision than purchasing a car!

The broken wheel reviews made me hesitate even longer in buying it, but the P50 had been my top contender and when it went on sale I bought it and figured if I did have wheel issues I would return it. Luckily I did not and have not so far!(knock on hardwood floors). I’m happy I got it!

    My Apartment
I have three free roaming pet rabbits, mostly hardwood floors in all rooms except the kitchen which is tile and the bathroom(which I clean with a mop). I sweep alot because of bunny hay, hair, and poop. Luckily their poop is super easy to sweep up. 🙂 I’ve been using a vacuum only robot for the past three or four years and it worked well vacuuming but since I have mostly hard wood floors I wanted a robot that could do both. Mova P50 Ultra does both and pretty well too!

    Pros:
It seems to both a great job and vacuuming and mopping. I haven’t had any issues with the bunny hair getting tangled on the brush and unlike the previous vacuum only robot I was using, the entire contents of the dust bin in the robot dump into the dust bag in the base! The old one I’d always have to open up the robot and unclog it.

The mop works well for maintance mopping. If you have filthy dirty floors you haven’t cleaned in forever I recommend taking a hand held mop and cleaning them first. Once you have clean floors, the MP50 does a great job at maintaining them. You can run a mop/vacuum at the same time sequence or a vacuum and mop separately sequence! One of the main reason I wanted the P50 was that I can have the robot automatically leave the mops in the base and do a full vacuum run and then come back, dump the debris in the back, automatially re-attach the mop pads and prep them and then mop only the floor areas! When it’s done doing that it will go back to the base, clean the mop pads with hot water and them dry them with warm air! You can also leave the mop pads attached and have it just vacuum if you want. It will raise the mop pads up when it’s on carpet. I prefer to have them detached when vacuuming because when the bunnies are molting the hair is all over.

The P50 also has a camera, light, and remote option where you can drive it around and see what your pets are doing. It also records while cleaning records items if you want and marks what they are on the History map if they are an obstruction and what type. For example, it will take picture of wires, pet poops, your pet, sneakers/shoes etc and flag them on the map with a viewable photo It knew a single tiny bunny poop was “pet feces” and marked it! It took a pictures of my two of my rabbits checking it out as i cleaned as well.

The app has MANY features and I’m still getting used to what settings work best for my cleanings. One issued I’ve had is when I had Obstace Avoidance turned on it didn’t want to go through this narrow spot I have from getting from one room to the other. The space is about maybe 15 inches and there is a pet cage on one side and a fan on the other. It flagged those as obstructions because it’s so narrow. I can turn off obstacle avoidance and it goes through just fine. I can turn it on again as it passes that point as well. The app and firmware seem to be updated regularly and they seem to fix any bugs that pop up.

Their customer support has always been quick to respond if I’ve had any questions via email so that’s a plus!

    Cons:

So far so good. I’ve held off reviewing the P50 because I wanted to run it through different task before I gave my opinion. The only issue I’ve had is with the obstacle avoidance and that can be turned on/off. I think it may make the robot a little too cautious when on, but as I’ve said you can turn it on/off on the fly so that’s not really an issue in the end. I really have nothing to complain about honestly!

For the price, features, and performance I’ve experienced so far I defintely recommend the Mova P50 Ultra! It’s a big upgrade from my previous vacuum only robot and hopefully make my life a little less hectic in trying to clean the floors and carpet with my bunny family. 🙂

I’ve been using the MOVA Robot P10 Pro Ultra for the past four months, and it has honestly been a fantastic experience. From day one, it delivered exactly what I hoped for — reliability, ease of use, and consistently impressive cleaning performance.

The suction power is strong enough to pick up everything from fine dust to pet hair, and it transitions between floor types smoothly. The smart mapping is accurate, and after the first couple of runs, it learned the layout of my space really well. I love how seamlessly it moves around furniture and tight corners without getting stuck.

The app is simple, intuitive, and fast — scheduling, spot cleaning, and zone selection all work flawlessly. The battery life is solid, and I rarely need to worry about charging since it returns to the dock on its own.

Overall, the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra has made everyday cleaning effortless. After four months of regular use, it’s still running like new. Highly recommend it if you want a dependable and genuinely effective robot vacuum.

Detecta zapatos, telas, mascotas.

What a great unit! After some tweaking to the mapping, it does a very thorough job on our floors, vac then mop. Also set up a couple of zones in the kitchen & living room for touch-up cleaning. The unit is smart, VERY well engineered and quality built. Designed and put together as if it were an Apple product. Deducting one star because the app needs some work. It’s not real intuitive. I’ve worked with the app quite a bit, but it’s just not quite there. I sincerely hope they work to upgrade the app, because the Mova P10 Pro Ultra is a great machine and deserves a much better app.

For whatever reason, the first one I got was completely inoperable, but I returned it and the fully refunded it after review. The second one worked without a hitch and is SO MUCH BETTER than the simple Eufy that I ordered first. This thing does a great job mapping, vacuuming, and mopping, and is a pleasure to own and even watch. My wife is a total neat freak and refused to get one of these robot vacs for years, but I finally talked her into it after seeing her work like a dog and now she loves this thing. It has lidar and doesn’t have to bump into everything to find its way, plus it keeps a map so it makes sure to clean every area/spot of the floor. That Eufy, which just randomly wanders around, when immediately to the basement TV room where it belongs! 🙂

I bought this robovac after doing extensive research online comparing features to value. This was the most recommended vacuum in terms of value, in that it punches way above its weight class compared to other robovacs in its price range. It has features that you only see in vacuums almost twice as expensive. Suffice to say, I was very excited about being able to live with this vacuum. I have a german shepherd who sheds a whole dogs worth of hair daily; I mean it’s unbelievable. A robovac is a must to prevent my apartment from becoming a hairpocalypse. I’m coming from the shark AI robovac which lasted me for 3-4 years and did an amazing job with the dog hair, although not great on carpet. It finally kicked the bucket when it ran over pieces of my dog’s poop and…. yeah you know the rest. I was very intent on finding a vacuum that had good obstacle avoidance so this doesn’t happen.
It arrived in very nice packaging, feels like an expensive product when you unwrap it. All the components are solid, well built, and seem durable. It even comes with cleaner that you can put into the compartment that washes the mops. It was very easy to set up, took maybe 10-15 minutes from opening the box to connecting it to my phone and having it ready for cleaning. The app is not the most intuitive, but it does work well and you can find all the features on it relatively easy, you just sometimes have to search for it.
The vacuum on this robovac is very strong, it sucks up absolutely everything – which sometimes sucks cuz it does get wrapped up on random cords and stuff. It does a great job on the carpet, I barely have to deshed my carpet anymore, as I used to have to weekly. This vac picks up all the dog hair very well. The mop functionality works well too, it has a self-cleaning system, and uses hot water, and uses detergent to make it smell good. You can switch between mopping and vacuuming easily in the app. The vacuum will come back to the dock and clean it’s mop and suck up the dirt. It does a dang good job of these things, I’m very impressed. It even takes pictures of obstacles including your pet, and keeps obstacles on the map. It is very intelligent in that way. It has great obstacle avoidance and very rarely gets stuck. The shark ai vacuum rarely got stuck either but it definitely did WAY more than this one.
The only gripes I have with the thing, and these are minor inconveniences that I can live with. The mops are detacheable, and unlike other higher-end vacuums where the robovac drops its mops off at the doc before vacuuming, this one leaves the mops on and raises them when vacuuming. This causes the mops to occasionally fall off when it is vacuuming over carpet and other surfaces. It doesn’t happen very often, but it will once or twice a week if your running it daily. So then you have to go to the vacuum and put the mop back.
The other gripe I have is that it’s suction of dirt and hair from the robovac to the compartment and dust bag is not as good as the shark vacuum. The shark vacuum has a reuseable and very large compartment where it can store dust and hair for weeks. This one fills up the bag rather quickly, and the first couple times vacuuming, the hair just got stuck in the vac and wouldn’t go into the bag. I’d have to manually clean the robot itself of the hair because it just clumps and gets stuck. I learned that I have to set the robovac to empty itself more frequently, which you can set in the app. Once I did this, the hair doesn’t clump anymore and it sucks everything up. The only thing is the bag does fill up quickly, and you have to put in replacements. They are pretty affordable on amazon for replacements so it’s not that big of a deal.
These two gripes I have I think are pretty minor when compared to this absolute workhorse of a vac. It just vacuums and mops so well, and it cleans itself and vacs itself up. The water and dirty water compartments are easy to get to and change. It just works really well, and I’m very happy with that. I think in order to get rid of those gripes I have, I’d have to buy a MUCH more expensive vacuum. Therefore, I’m overall extremely happy with it and hope to keep it for a long time. The jump in technology from the shark ai to this is just astounding, after just a few years it seems like robovacs have entered a whole new era. I can’t wait until a few years down the road when robovacs will literally be terminator style robots that vacuum and mop for you, then do your dishes and laundry. I’m just kidding, that won’t be for a long time. But yes I’d recommend this robovac at the price its at, especially if you get it on black friday or at a discount, it is well worth the price. You’d have to buy a much more expensive vacuum to get this kind of functionality, features, and performance. Hopefully customer service and warranty and durability are good too, but since I’ve only had this vacuum for 2 months or so, I can’t attest to any of that stuff.

This robot is an absolute game changer. I’m a tidy person, single Dad, but floor cleaning takes up too much time in my week. As a result , I just didn’t clean my floors as often as I wanted. I’ve owned a Roomba in the past, but found that the random vacuum patterning required me to clean before I cleaned. I did a ton of research on robots with LIDAR. Trust me, I did a DEEP DIVE, comparing performance, reliability, warranty, price and hundreds of reviews of about 6 major brands. At this price point, this robot is the winner.

LIDAR allows the bot to map your floors, clean in an organized pattern, and it will go around any objects without disrupting the cleaning pattern that is programmed within the robot. I stumbled across the Mova robot, and in this price range, there is absolutely nothing that out performs it. This is a division of the Dreame company, which is one of the best on the market. But most importantly, all the parts and products are interchangeable with Dreame (X40, I believe).

My house is 2800 sqft, two floors. The bottom floor is hardwood and tile, while the upstairs is mostly carpet with two tiled bathrooms. This robot does a fantastic job on it all. The multi floor feature was a huge surprise; it can be programmed for multiple floors, so all you have to do is pick up the robot and put it on the floor you want. It self positions, and cleans according to the digital map it creates during setup. Instead of cleaning my floors once every two weeks, my floors and carpets are being cleaned twice a week. Having a shiny clean floor is like putting new paint on the walls. It opens the rooms, reflects light better, and I had never thought anybody would come into my house and actually compliment me on my floors, lol!

    Features I LOVE:
-LIDAR, which digitally maps an entire floor in about 10 minutes. Once this is done, the map is saved, and never has to be done again
-multi floor capability, so one robot is all you need
-A camera that allows you to find it at any point, it takes pictures of obstructions and sends it to your phone so you know why it may have skipped an area
-Self cleaning, mop, pads, and self emptying debris container
-Customizable app floor maps so you can program virtual mops, assign the order in which you want rooms cleaned, decide if you want vac/mop/both, floor type and even hardwood direction (the robot can be programmed to clean along the lines of your floors.)
-the app allows you to do a global cleaning of each floor, or you can have it just clean one or two specific rooms on the floor
-quiet. Vacuum boost makes it louder, but that’s because you’re turning on an intensive cleaning function if you choose. It’s optional
-a ton of extra features for intensive cleaning, deep cleaning, spit cleaning… more features than I can list here. You can customize the cleaning regimen for each floor or room as you see fit.
-self cleaning. It will self clean automatically during the course of a program, and of course, you can customize how often you wish for the mop pads to be cleaned during a cycle. That means it will clean the mop pads periodically while cleaning so that it is not dragging dirt from one place to another. Genius!
-modern look, fitting of a robot that cleans for you

Hope that helps. I’m a fan!

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing Mova P10, it was between Roborock and Mova and you cannot beat the price point with performance when it is in sale. I have no pets but have a lot of dust underneath my bed which is difficult to clean without moving the bed. Cleaning and mopping hardwood floor and tile in the bathroom 1 time a week is good enough for my use case and it performs as expected. After each cleaning I would empty out dirty water and add mouth wash and check robot filter to ensure full performance. Mapping initial rooms was easy and adding new room does not require remapping, just let the robot start cleaning and open up the new room and it will clean and map new rooms. Had it for 1 month and it cleans 95% percent of what I need. I have not tested carpet cleaning. I assume I may need a new one after a few years because of the robot battery life but for now it is working as expected and quite happy. Buy extra replacement parts, filters and cleaning fluid to maximize the life of the robot.

Detecta zapatos, telas, mascotas.

I’m pretty happy with our purchase, seems to be the right one. It cleans pretty good, not perfect but very good. It does take a long time to clean, though… If I start at 9am, takes till 5pm or 6PM to complete the whole house… If I move furniture, it takes even longer. It takes a while to figure out what happened, and that also causes it to miss some spots occasionally… With each cleaning run, it gets smarter and smarter and is learning the layout of the house better , which does speed it up, but if the layout is even slightly different it causes confusion and a time delay..The App is kind of complicated and confusing when you first get it, after a while I realized that there are only two things that you have to use and pay attention to, commands and system messages. The forums, system sharing, and other areas seem to be for advanced users or someone that wants to spend a lot of time customizing their machines’ operation. Another flaw in the app is it often disconnects even while the machine is in use… Also, it’s a 2.4g app, while most of the time I have my phone in 5G. If the app disconnects while the machine is in use, it’s imposable to reconnect on the fly… You have to cut the program short, by touching the button on the machine itself, returning the vacuum to base, then connect the app by going into 2.4g and then start all over again. It will not remember where you left off and resume the cleaning cycle if you do this. It will finish the cleaning job without the app, it also will send messages to the app even while it appears to be disconnected, making the whole situation somewhat confusing.

It’s spectacular. So quiet I can run it while watching tv. So quiet it doesn’t upset the cat. Does a great job cleaning then empties itself and cleans its mop heads all automatically. Avoids obstacles like cords. Maps out the apartment perfectly. App is easy to use. I didn’t think I’d want mopping until I emptied the dirty water tank and saw how much dirt it was mopping up.

This is my first experience with robovacs. I tried a highly rated $120 Uninell UR1 first to try to save money. It was terrible despite virtually all five star reviews. Bumping into things. Getting hung up on power cords. Didn’t map the apartment accurately at all. I sent it back. It seems like your choices are, broadly:
$100 – navigates by bumping into things, can’t map, can’t avoid cords
$200 – LIDAR only. I haven’t tried one but I suspect it can map but can’t avoid cords
$400 – LIDAR plus Camera/AI to avoid obstacles like cords
So I’d suggest not being cheap, spending the money and going for this unit or something like it. You can clear some obstacles, like shoes. But you really can’t put all the power cords away. You need a robovac that can deal with them.

The P10 was highly recommended by someone on r/RobotVacuums on reddit, which is how I found it. I know it seems expensive but it’s a bargain considering its premium feature set. Well worth the money. I don’t think you’ll be happy with anything less.

Oh, my use case is an 825 sqft apartment, all hardwood parquet floors plus linoleum tile kitchen. One kitty who sheds and likes to kick and track kitty litter everywhere.

Great machine. I just had to replace my 3-4 year old Neato. I hated to, it worked, but it was old, a little cranky and was no longer supported. My floors are tile, with carpets for accents, and I really needed a machine that would clean the tile floors well. This one does great! It uses two spinning pads to clean the floors, and vacuums my carpets. Every 15 – 20 minutes it would return to the base and clean the pads! When it got done with the entire house, it parked itself again and sucked all the dirt out of the vacuum canister into a vacuum bag built into the base. I just cleaned the entire thing (just like when you buy a new car, you wash it, right, even though it doesn’t need it?). This one only needs cleaning about once a month, but had to learn how to play with the app and how to take apart the robot and the base. Cool! For the sale price of $399, this thing is a screaming value. I’m really pleased with how well it cleaned….and it didn’t get stuck even once!

    UK BUYERS BEWARE:
If you are a UK customer check the voltage conforms to UK 240volts, my mova P10 was imported By Amazon UK from Amazon US.
    It was delivered 110 voltage(US 110v).
Good old Amazon UK sorted it for me and delivered me a compatible Stepdown Converter 240v to 110v, it works fine.

Brilliant robot, cleaning – mopping tiled floors and hoovering carpets it makes a thorough job. It’s schedule makes housework so easy.
*Mova robot hoovers all the rooms (tiled floors and carpets) every day. *On Saturdays, the robot washes and mops all the tiled floors while we are out shopping.
Accurate mapping of your home is very important for your robot to work its best.
We have mirrored wardrobe doors and it kept seeing the reflection as a double size room.
It caused the robot a lot of confusion so we had to scan a new map with the mirrors covered.
Manually setting which areas are carpets improves the cleaning performance.
Each time it cleans it scans and learns to better clean, the first clean for all rooms took 116 minutes, now it does the same good job in 81 minutes.
Setting your own shortcuts allows you clean rooms of your choice in whatever order and how you want them cleaned.
You can then schedule those shortcuts to run.
I have “Number1” shortcut to hoover all rooms:
and “Number2” shortcut to mop all tiled rooms.
The wife loves the Mova voice assistant where she can tell it to spot clean rooms on command.

Just a note this robot is not a carpet washer, it has only one clean mode to vaccuums carpets.

The robot has two clean modes for hard floors, one cleaning mode vacuums hard floors and the second cleaning mode mops/washes hard floors.

I’ve been wanting a robot vacuum for about a year and intentionally waited until Christmas sales to finally pull the trigger. I picked this one up for $549, which felt like an excellent deal considering what it offers.
While this isn’t a household name like Roomba or Roborock, it is a well-known and well-reviewed brand. I compared it on the Vacuum Wars website before buying, and it scored very high, which gave me confidence. I originally wasn’t even looking for a vacuum with a mop, but at this price point and feature set, I figured it was worth trying—and I’m very glad I did.
    Performance & Mapping
The mapping is straightforward and fast. There’s no dedicated “map” button—you just start a cleaning cycle and it maps automatically. This only became slightly annoying when I added a second floor, but even then it wasn’t a big issue. It supports multiple levels; you simply move it to the new floor, and it scans and recognizes the layout on its own.
Navigation is excellent thanks to LiDAR, and it moves confidently without random wandering.
    Vacuuming & Pet Hair
I have both a dog and a cat, so pet hair was a big concern. I’m happy to report that after two weeks of use, there were no tangles, and it handled hair extremely well. There are multiple suction levels, including a quiet mode (which is impressively quiet, though I’m a light sleeper so I wouldn’t personally run it overnight).
    Mopping (Surprisingly Great)
I honestly didn’t expect much from the mopping feature—but I was completely wrong. It actually scrubs the floor, vacuums up dirty water, and frequently returns to the dock to clean the mop pads. When I emptied the dirty water tank, it was very clear that it was doing real work. There are also plenty of mopping settings to fine-tune how it cleans.
    Dock & Maintenance
Another big plus is the self-emptying vacuum bag. It automatically empties itself into the dock, which is super convenient. I’m not sure yet how long a bag lasts, but so far it’s been hassle-free.
    Cons
The main downside I’ve noticed is with rugs, especially lighter or slippery ones. Occasionally it flips them up or struggles a bit navigating over them. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.
    Final Thoughts
For the price, the feature set is incredible. Typically, you’d need to spend close to $1,000 to get this level of performance, automation, and mopping capability. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end robot vacuum without paying premium-brand pricing.

This is the second and by far the best robot vacuum I’ve had. The first was made by Shark and more hassle than it was worth. This is hard for me to say, as when it comes to floor cleaning appliances, Shark is my go to brand.

Let’s get the one and only negative out of the way, the main brush. It’s a rubber ‘fin’ style brush that maybe works fine if you don’t have any carpet, pets, or people with long hair, living in your home. If that’s not you, Mova sells an alternative brush on their site with bristles and you should go ahead and buy that. Carpet cleaning performance well go to dramatically and tangles in the brush go down.

    Now for all the praise.
The Robot: it’s absolutely packed with features and sensors. It’s little sweep brush and the mop pads ‘kick out’ to allow it to better reach corners and under items. The mop pads are self cleaning at the base and they lift up when the robot detects a rug or carpet. The robot automatically returns to the base to clean the mop pads, acquire more water, and empty it’s dust tray as needed during a cleaning. It’s also a little shorter than my last robo vac allowing it to get under cabinets and coffee tables that my last vac could not.

Navigation: and obstacle avoidance is absolutely on point. This robot doesn’t just kick around your house sucking up whatever is under it. It builds a perpetually updating map, logging the terrain it’s traversing and vacuuming or mopping accordingly. When it’s obstacle avoidance detects shoe laces, stuffed animals, a rogue sock, etc.. that might jam up the works. The robot attempts to identify the item, snaps a little photo of it, and logs the items location in the map, that title then report back to the app allowing you to see it. It’s sensors have detected rooms in my house that it can’t even reach. It can’t map them completely, but it knows they are there. I’m impressed.

The App: is also just packed with features. I don’t even really know where to start with the app. If you’ve wondered ‘can I have the robot do this’ the answer is probably yes. You can adjust how wet the mop pads are, how powerful suction is for the vacuum, assign No Go zones, have the robot mop in the direction your hard wood flooring is laid. Really all the features you would expect are there.
But a few that I didn’t expect: The perpetually updating map, when I rearrange my living room the app notified me of the change and asked me to confirm. Cleaning the mop pad cleaner is a feature in the app where it walks you through the process step by step. Accessory monitoring, it tells you how much life is left in filters or if it’s time to clean the sensors. Pet Photos is a fun feature where the vacuum takes a picture of your furry friend should it see him/her during a cleaning. And last but not last, Remote Control actually let’s YOU drive the vacuum around with your phone and the camera on the vacuum.

There is a whole lot more I could go into with this vacuum. But to sum it all up I’m just really happy with the purchase and the value. I took a risk with Mova, a brand I had never heard of before, and I’m very happy with it. I’m always recommending it in my social circle.

I’m a fan!

This is probably some of the best money I’ve ever spent. For $400, this is an absolute steal. The self-docking, self-washing and emptying system is something I would expect in a much higher price tier closer to $700-$1k, and the options that are available for cleaning are endless! Connecting and initial setup was simple, and the first clean went great! The machine does a great job at picking up dust and pet hair, it even left vacuum lines in my carpet! The best features of this though were ones I didn’t even know about until I ordered, which is the camera that you can connect to on the machine!! It basically functions as a moving nanny cam, where you can connect and speak through it to your pets, and it even has a “Find Pet” feature where it will look around for your pet. You can also enable an option where it takes GIFs of your pet when it detects it in the camera while it’s cleaning, and they are so cute!!
