Where has this been all of my life?? Haha. Prior to purchasing this air fryer, I had purchased 4 air fryers FOR OTHER PEOPLE . I thought it was for people who can’t cook or super busy people or people who live alone & make small meals .. all of that may be true but someone convinced me to buy one for myself ( and my family of four ) so I did . At this point, We have had this ninja for several months and not a day has gone by where I haven’t used it for something – seriously !!( I have used it for side dishes, main dishes, reheating , etc) and it has been amazing .
Most people consider me to be a very good cook & I take a lot of pride in that & I think I thought of an airfryer as a cheat ( like kids using chat gpt to do their school work – haha ) and maybe it is a cheat but it is an effective & efficient one with delicious results . ( side note, I always do a quick search before I put stuff in to see what people recommend temp/time-wise so I can feel more confident in results )
This product, in particular, has been solid one – I have had 2 minor concerns -1) the little tray inside of the basket seems to wear quickly – it looked beaten up relatively soon after I bought it (I hope I can replace it) and 2) I did not know how hot the backside ( particularly, the exhaust) gets & I stained my wall during the first or second use (barkeeoers friend got it off) . I now make sure to pull it away from the wall & keep area clear ..
I might get a larger ninja next time but this one has been great so far ..

I love this air fryer! My previous fryer was a top loader and in order to get the basket out I had to use oven mitts and inevitably I burned myself every time I used it. This one is so easy to load and unload, plus the basket is a lot bigger than I expected. Two things I liked about my previous fryer over this one: 1. My previous one would preheat. For instance, I could put something in for 10 minutes, push start, and the 10 minutes didn’t start until the fryer was preheated. 2. In my other fryer, if I opened it the time would stop, I could flip the food over and close it and push start and the remaining time would restart. With this one I have to either stop the cooking, pull out the basket, flip the food over and then restart (and when I restart its not set at the time I originally set, it reverts back to its own preset so I have to reset the time and temperature).
Overall this one works very well, the food is quite crispy!

Daughter had a ninja, although she has the big daddy one with two baskets. I got this one after seeing how easy it was to use. I can now cook steak and chicken and it actually tastes great! Hamburgers, I don’t like so much in here, but that’s okay. Mozz sticks, fish sticks: so much better in here than the oven and in half the time. This model isn’t super quiet; you definitely know it’s on. Super easy to clean! I have even taken a wipe to clean the upper portion where there WILL be some grease that collects. Time will tell how bad that grease will get as there is no easy way to clean around the heating element. This is plenty big for 2 people. If you had a family of five you would need to go up a size.

Bought this product along with an electronic 2 ring convection hob, we love both products so much we are getting rid of our gas cooker, why keep it? The air fryer cooks beef, lamb, steaks, chicken in a third of the time the meat succulent and juicy, melts in your mouth. Our gas oven takes much longer, saving money on gas bills, we have got rid of our deep fat fryer as well…win/win. Highly recommend this product!! After ordering (and returning) five other air fryers that didn’t perform or operate the way I needed them to (big box stores and other retailers), I logged onto Amazon to look at what else was available. After a few days of comparisons, I decided to try this one. So happy with this purchase and finally an air fryer that I will keep! The larger sized basket is squared vs round; I have air fried an entire chicken and it was delicious – moist and flavorful but nicely browned on the exterior. Air fried vegetables, pot stickers, and took it with me to a party to air fry chicken wings. The unit is well made and sturdy feeling, and a good weight that I can lift it around even with a bad shoulder. I also love the placement of the control buttons right on the front in large enough size that I can see it without reading glasses. All in all this was an excellent choice for me.
