The box with the rose and lights is beautiful and great quality. I am an idiot, and did not realize you are supposed to open it up, take the necklace out of the bag, tie the strings up and turn the lights on before you have whoever open it. My wife opened it, turned the lights on, and found a plastic baggy in the drawer🤦♂️. My fault. The chain on the necklace had a knot in it that is so tight it cannot be undone, and some other flaws in the chain, nothing crazy but kind of annoying. The laugh my wife got from me totally screwing the presentation up made it worth it. 🤷♂️
