First, the smallest size available is a Small — I definitely could have used an XS, so keep that in mind if you’re petite. It did run a bit loose on me at first. Second, it arrived with a strong odor, so I had to wash it immediately. Important heads-up: the dress bleeds red in the wash. Luckily, I washed it with all dark clothes, but be careful. Unfortunately, the white bows turned pink/red, which was a bummer. On the upside, washing it seemed to help in two ways: The smell came out It shrunk slightly, which actually helped the fit and made it less loose — that was my goal but again super bummed the white bows changed color.

The material has a good amount of stretch to it, it’s soft, and the quality is excellent. HOLY CURVE A LICIOUS fit! This dress is snug in the top but fits like a glove! The top has a cut out slit which is really cute with the white bows down the front. The dress is nice material with a bit of spandex to allow for a better fit. Ordered a size XL (typically I’m a 12). It fits great, except I would need some tummy control to hide my pooch. Sizing up wouldn’t improve, I don’t think, because it is made to be a little figure hugging. I would make it work, except I do not understand the slit in the top left of the dress. It opens to my bra strap. For this reason, I’m returning. If this is something that wouldn’t bother you, then this is a great dress for a good price. Hit me at the knee. (5’2″)
