I was hoping this would be a good product, and it does not disappoint. It has rollers that move up and down the back along either side of the spine. After a long day on my feet at work, it feels amazing. It is comfortable to rest on, the heat feels wonderful, and the massage helps to release tight muscles. It has different modes or can be localized if only one area of the back is hurting. I just wish this were longer to reach the back and the neck, but I am happy to have something that can effectively reach my lower back. It comes with a cord to plug into the wall or into your car charger. I have not tried it on a drive, but I can vouch that it is great on the couch. This is something I will use and also recommend to my massage clients as something that can be used for body maintenance in between massage therapy sessions.
