Bob and Brad eye massagers have improved my life in the best ways. I have suffered from dry eyes for several years now. I used over the counter eye drops several times a day along with a very expensive prescription eye drop. Yet I still suffered from dry, irritated eyes and blurred vision until I discovered Bob and Brad heated eye massagers. My doctor had recommended I use an eye mask that has to be heated in the microwave. That was too much of a bother, so it didn’t happen. Bob and Brad eye massagers heat up with a built-in rechargeable battery, no microwave required. Because they are so easy to use, I started using them twice a day and my dry eyes all but disappeared. And the battery on this new EYEFLOW model last so much longer than my old mask, and it charges up incredibly fast.
Beyond eye health, this has been a tool for my mental health. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the eye massage helps with my anxiety. I hold a lot of stress in my body and when the body tenses, the brain interprets this physical signal as a threat. This response is bad for the body and brain in many harmful ways. It also interferes with sleep. I saw such a wonderful difference in my sleep after I started using the mask. It helps me relax, fall asleep faster, and get deeper more refreshing rest.
Unlike the previous model the Eyeflow is incredibly quiet. The description claims the ‘whisper-quiet motor’ creates a ‘private sanctuary,’ and I found this to be delightfully true! It is also lightweight and feels great on the face. The Bluetooth is a great feature. I can listen to my favorite relaxing music- Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
Bob and Brad also have amazing customer service. They responded very quickly to an issue I had and completely resolved it in a marvelous way. It is so refreshing to find that kind of service these days. I will stick with this company.
I do not use the cool feature because dry eyes benefit from heat and this winter has been too cold for cold eyes. But in the summer, I think the cool will feel really good. My daughter suffers from migraines, so I let her try my mask and she loves the cool to hot feature. Her review follows.

A standout feature for me is the Bluetooth capability—being able to listen to my audiobooks while getting a massage takes the experience to another level of relaxation. My only real downside is the session length. I wish there were a longer option—30 minutes or more—because just when I’m fully relaxed, the massage ends. Couple of additional thoughts that may influence how you approach this product, the device is rather heavy sitting on your face, I suggest lying down or at least reclined for optimal comfort. Because of the weight and the fact that you will want it positioned relatively snug to your face individuals who are claustrophobic might be a little challenged by it. I think this could be remedied by ensuring you’re in a quiet and comfortable setting while using.

The BEST purchase I have made in a long time. I finally decided to splurge on myself and this has been the ultimate relaxation tool I have ever used. I have migraines, constantly work with people and computers, and have difficulty falling asleep. The music, different soothing modes, comfort, weight feels so light that I actually fall asleep with it on and I am notorious for being a terrible sleeper. My mind can’t focus on anything else which is a reprieve. I love that it does cooling and heating without having to detach another piece. It has a simple look, durable for daily use (so far) and has been well worth the money. I think the price is spot on for the quality of the product. I do wish the lights turned down on the side or could adjust the volume manually since I have been falling asleep with it but my husband says it’s not too bothersome. I highly recommend!

I have severe dry eyes. I own another Bob and Brad eye massager that is just heat – it works well. I thought I would try this bc it also incorporates cool. I’ve used it multiple times. The start up is a learning curve. My biggest complaint is there is a metal disc inside each side that is supposed to go over the closed eye. I have yet to find a spot that is comfortable bc as it compresses it squeezes down on the bone above your eye. I wish it was more comfortable bc the cooling affect is very unique and helps the dry eyes.
