Battery Issue: A few folks mentioned battery issues — our unit had the same battery issues. Lasted only 5min or so, then turned off, then would not turn on, even after it showed 100%. Discharged a few times and recharged to 100% and over night a few times and the battery improved to very usable.
Picture Quality: Not good. But for a 4yr old adequate. Not good in low light at all. But as a toy for a 4-5 yr old, adequate. Maybe the screen is to blame, for a 1080 stated picture, not even close, more like 480 or less.

When I purchased this camera for my 4 year old, I thought it was going to be bigger and bulkier. It is tiny and light, which has turned out to be a good thing. My little one can carry it all day on hikes with no complaints. It holds a charge really well, has a big memory capacity and the photo quality, while not exactly professional grade, is not as terrible as I thought it would be. It is pretty intuitive to use. It took my son maybe a day of playing around with it before he got everything down. He enjoys the games and the filters as well. It has survived a four year old (who is not gentle with his things) playing with it around the house, taking it on numerous hikes and a whale watch.
The only issue we’ve had so far was it froze a few times within the first 48 hours out of the box (most likely because my little one was pushing it a bit too far in terms of how many times he could press the shutter button within a second). There are no instructions on how to reset the camera in the pamphlet included in the box so we had to ask Google,lol. However, after the first two days, there were no subsequent issues.
My kid loves this camera and it performs a lot better than I expected it to.

It’s tiny enough and light enough for her to carry around and it not bother her at five years old. It’s super easy for her to use on her own. And she loves using the front camera for selfies!

I got this camera for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. She takes it with her to the farm to snap pictures of the animals or brings it along on our outdoor adventures. The design is adorable, and the soft cartoon cover makes it easy for her to hold and carry around.

I bought this in advance for my niece’s fourth birthday so it’s ready when I’m able to gift it to her and I wanted to make sure it works and is ready for when she’s ready to play with it. I’m so excited to give it to her.
It’s honestly so cute and pretty easy to use. She’s going to love it being pink and unicorn themed. I don’t see her having any issues using it. Goes pretty quick between camera to games to other options.
I got it so she and I can take photos together. A comparison for size between my Nikon Z5 and this. It’s little but she’s little. It’s pretty lightweight while feeling somewhat durable for a kid. It’s still an electronic. The camera being lightweight is a good as too heavy and it will just hurt her neck.
And no idea if it says this but the viewfinder is a selfie camera.

I got this for my 4yo grandson. He is absolutely thrilled with it. He takes pictures everywhere he goes! It is easy to use for little hands. The functions are simple to understand for a child. It came with an SD card so it was ready to go. The camera doesn’t use batteries and charges easily in any wall outlet. It has filters to take fun photos and my grandson lived exploring these. We went to the park and he was taking pictures everywhere. It was a great by in my opinion.

While I thought the camera was super cute and fun for a kid, I do not see how this camera is suitable for any kid older than 3 year old. It was super small. And the biggest downfall was that you cannot print the pictures. Sure that’s ok for a little kid, but I think they love being able to print the image they took. Besides the fact that is cute, I don’t have much more positive to say.

The BEST gift. This camera is INCREDIBLE. It has photo, video, GAMES! My 4 YO is obsessed with it which results in the cutest photos. It even has a selfie camera. The protective cover works so well. The battery life is great and it has auto shut off because no toddler is going to shut it off independently. It has been thrown several times and doesn’t have a single scratch in it. I will be buying this for all of nieces and nephews !!

When I purchased this camera for my 4 year old, I thought it was going to be bigger and bulkier. It is tiny and light, which has turned out to be a good thing. My little one can carry it all day on hikes with no complaints. It holds a charge really well, has a big memory capacity and the photo quality, while not exactly professional grade, is not as terrible as I thought it would be. It is pretty intuitive to use. It took my son maybe a day of playing around with it before he got everything down. He enjoys the games and the filters as well. It has survived a four year old (who is not gentle with his things) playing with it around the house, taking it on numerous hikes and a whale watch.
The only issue we’ve had so far was it froze a few times within the first 48 hours out of the box (most likely because my little one was pushing it a bit too far in terms of how many times he could press the shutter button within a second). There are no instructions on how to reset the camera in the pamphlet included in the box so we had to ask Google,lol. However, after the first two days, there were no subsequent issues.
My kid loves this camera and it performs a lot better than I expected it to.
