It has good sound and decent battery life but the reason I only gv it 3 stars is bc of the volume and skip button, it’s the same button and you can’t increase the volume without skipping the song, I’ve tried hold pressing, dbl pressing and no matter what it skips the song even while putting up the volume. Needless to say that is very annoying, but that has a not so difficult solution, make sure the volume is where you want it and you’ll be able to skip if in the shower 🤷🏽‍♀️

It all started one morning when I decided to test the speaker’s claims of water resistance. I attached it to the shower wall with a satisfying click, paired it effortlessly with my phone, and hit play. As the first notes of my favorite song filled the bathroom, I felt a thrill of excitement. The sound was surprisingly rich, resonating through the tiles, and I couldn’t help but imagine I was performing live in a rain-soaked stadium, the water droplets keeping time with the beat. Soon, my showers became the highlight of my day. The speaker’s crisp, clear sound cut through the steam, making every rinse feel like a rain-soaked dance party. Compré este altavoz de ducha, porque a pesar de que tengo otros altavoces bluetooth con protección contra el agua, estos en concreto están diseñados para el baño y la ducha. Y aunque a priori, pueda parecer que da lo mismo un altavoz que otro, mientras ambos tengan certificación contra el agua y la humedad, mi experiencia personal, me dice lo contrario. No son lo mismo, ya que el diseño de este altavoz está pensado justamente para estar pegado contra una pared, azulejo, mampara, espejo o donde quieras que lo vayas a poner.

Así pues, gracias a que la salida de sonido de este altavoz se produce por la parte de atrás, provoca que éste, rebote contra la superficie donde se tenga pegado (con la ventosa que trae y que por cierto funciona de maravilla) produciendo un sonido infinitamente mejor y más enriquecido en toda su gama de frecuencias, que cualquiera que no esté pensado para ello. (ya que los altavoces que no son específicos para baño o ducha, por más que puedan soportar salpicaduras o incluso la inmersión en agua, suelen tener una salida frontal del sonido, cambiando por completo la acústica). En mi opinión y habiendo probado ambos sistemas, concluyo, con que cada altavoz se escucha y funciona mejor en función del contexto y entorno para el que es diseñado. Y en este sentido, el baño, la ducha, o cualquier otro sitio donde siempre y cuando vaya a estar pegado, es el ecosistema natural y perfecto para este altavoz en cuestión.

Por lo demás, y en función de la experiencia de uso que llevo teniendo con este altavoz de XlEADER, sólo puedo decir cosas buenas de él, y es por eso que se ha llevado mis 5 merecidas estrellas, ya que desde hace una semana que lo tengo, aún no le he encontrado ningún motivo por el que no pudiera recomendarlo o si quiera, bajarle una estrella en mi valoración.

Con una presentación muy cuidada, un diseño precioso, práctico y funcional, más todo ello, unido a unas calidades tanto de fabricación como de materiales de carácter sobresaliente, pues sencillamente y siempre bajo mi opinión, lo convierten en uno de los mejores altavoces para ducha que podría haber comprado.

Su sonido es nítido, equilibrado en todos los rangos de frecuencia y con unos bajos que llaman la atención para las medidas tan comedidas que tiene. La función manos libres es genial y con un desempeño en del micrófono excelente, haciendo que te escuchen y escuches perfectamente durante una llamada.

A su vez, Su volumen es más que suficiente para que si quieres, el vecino sepa cuáles son tus gustos musicales mientras te duchas.

Emparejamiento mediante bluetooth fácil e instantáneo.

En cuanto al precio, creo que no es caro (29,99 en el momento de la revisión), o por lo menos a mí no me lo parece, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que su relación Calidad/Precio la considero muy buena. Máxime, si lo compras con alguna oferta de descuento o cupón.

Conforme a mis necesidades y expectativas que tenía hacia este altavoz, debo decir que ambas, han sido superadas.

Considerándolo, por tanto, muy buena compra, ahora sólo me cabe confiar en poder seguir dándole, mucho uso y que siga amenizando mi cuarto de baño (como de hecho así viene siendo desde que lo tengo) y por mucho tiempo. Ya que está muy bien fabricado y con unos materiales de muy buena calidad, que a priori, prometen o auguran una larga durabilidad. Por lo que, no creo que vaya a fallar, desmejorar sus buenas prestaciones, o cuanto menos, que vaya a romperse fácilmente (en cualquier caso, si fuera de otra manera, actualizaría mi reseña).

On the positive side, the volume is great, the sound quality is solid, and Bluetooth connectivity works without issues. It connects easily and plays music clearly, which is exactly what you’d want in a speaker.
However, the biggest problem is the suction cup—it just doesn’t work. It wouldn’t stay mounted in my shower at all, and I ended up having to use tape just to keep it in place, which defeats the whole purpose of a “shower” speaker.
Another frustrating issue is the button design. The controls for changing tracks and adjusting volume are combined into the same buttons. In reality, this makes it really difficult to use—especially in the shower. When I try to skip a song, it usually just changes the volume instead. You also have to press pretty hard, and even then it doesn’t always respond the way you want.
Overall, while the sound and connectivity are good, the poor suction and inconvenient controls make this a frustrating experience. If you’re specifically looking for a reliable shower speaker, this isn’t the one I’d recommend.

Powerful lil guy. Easy to set up with Bluetooth, easy to plug and charge, and has amazing audio quality at louder volumes. You usually will have the bass ruin any attempts to enjoy your shower music at a level you can hear but this one does it well! Been using it for almost two years now, purchased for $56AUD. The biggest draw for me is the call features that not many other shower speakers seemed to have. Maybe a bit odd but before buying I would put off showering when waiting for important calls as otherwise they’d be easy to miss; having to rush out sopping wet to fumble my phone and still end up missing a doctor ringing is a frustrating endeavour that I’m now free from.

The shower music is a bit of fun, don’t expect to be blown away by the audio quality but that’s pretty par for the course in shower speakers. The media controls on the speaker do the job just fine for skipping and volume adjustment

If you want to get REALLY crazy with it you can pair this with a cheap waterproof phone holder for extremely unnecessary but novel shower media consumption

It’s a good value – nice sound quality and connects easily (once you read the instructions). I like that it’s small because I can’t figure out how the suction cup is supposed to stay – it kept falling. But it fits on my little shower shelf and all the buttons work. It’s the function I wanted.

Sounds good, it’s plenty loud, and it has an impressive battery life (Though it uses a nonstandard charging cable, which can be annoying if you misplace it). That all said, it’s really good if you only plan on ever pairing One device to it.

There is no way to put the device back into pairing mode manually. When it turns on it Immediately looks for the last device it was connected to, and if it doesn’t find it, ONLY THEN will it allow you to pair to it. So if you’ve got multiple people / devices that you might want to pair to it, you’ll have to turn Bluetooth off on the last device that was connected to it so that you can pair / re-pair a different device. Which can be annoying if you’re already getting into the shower when you realize it’s been paired to something else since last you used it. ;?

Otherwise it’s an excellent speaker for the price, and barring that situation noted above it works beautifully.
