Mighty Lil Moe! Best helper ever! I have to admit I was skeptical but after a few weeks I could not be happier with this BOT. Most issues have been mine learning the software but getting that down. This is a team effort for my yard. I let the LUBA take care of the main yard while I take care of the finish work trimming and edging. Cut my yard work time from 3-4 hrs to 1.5. Be sure to locate a clear 10Ft open sky for the RTK unit. Im still experimenting with speeds of travel and blade tided with overlap. I really like the checker board lines. Neighbors love how quiet it runs. I love how it finds its way back the charger to get a drink of “coal”. To complete my ~8Ksft of yard takes it about 6 hrs and 3 recharges. Time will tell on durability, but Might Moe appears to be build tough. I don’t sweat mowing anymore.

I currently have an unresolved case involving what appears to be a clear warranty issue, and the lack of timely resolution raises concerns about reliability and accountability. Overall performance of the product has also been inconsistent and at times laggy. this is my 2nd issue with the product within a year.
At this price point, I expected a significantly higher standard in both product quality and customer care. Buyers should carefully weigh whether the premium cost is justified compared to alternative options available in the market. Worse this product was purchased via company directly.

Took a while for it to show up. Setup went smooth, though it takes some time. I have 2/3 of an acre, which I split up into 6 areas. Did 1 first, to make sure I had it working. Then added area by area, and tested. Adding channels between areas did not work as smooth as I would like, but in the end they are all present. I did depend on YouTube a lot for answering questions. Has cut the complete lawn twice now, with no issues. Have a couple driveway markers (small poles). It goes around them well. First day, it finished up after dark, and still did well. The device is heavy.

Setup was simple and it cuts great. I have a yard with multiple steep slopes, and it handles those just fine. The app is easy to use.
The one thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that you can’t have different settings for different zones when mowing multiple zones at once. I’d think that would be pretty simple, but from what I’ve seen on other sites, many people have requested this feature on previous models and they haven’t addressed it on this model.

The Mammotion LUBA 3 is my first robotic mower. It came with everything needed to set it up. I had run the power for the lawn mower along the side of my house’s foundation. Then I had found a spot for the rtk station. In the box with the assembly components, there were some spikes that you could use to hold the cabling in place. This just helped neaten up the cabling a bit. Set up was really easy, although I have to admit that I have to move the rtk station a little further out from the house. I know it’s not needed, but since it came with the Mammotion, why not use it?
The Mammotion app walked you through the initial setup of the devices and next steps. Mapping the property was pretty easy, although I now wish I had broken my yard up into sections. The Luba 3 tends to bounce around between the different sections of my yard. I think breaking the property up a bit may help the Luba 3 stay on task and may improve mowing times. Also, my yard had quite a bit of small sticks and debri that had not picked up yet. The Luba 3 would seem to get a bit temper mental at times when it encountered debris in the yard. After cleaning everything up though, this is a really cool mower that does a good job and the best thing is….I do not have to mow!
The seller was really good to deal with. As they have kept me in the loop as to when other components were getting delivered and themower came earlier than originally stated.

I love it. Because it can do the really steep parts of the lawn that are too steep to mow with tractor or the hand mower. My choices were to pay about the same amount of money to get ground cover installed on about 1/4 a (which has its own maintenance problems) or buy the robot. The next project is to drive it around all the things in the big yard to reduce the hand trimming, but that is “icing on the cake”. The robot has already justified its cost. The Iphone app is OK but could be improved. Out of the box it requested a firmware update. It needs connection to your high speed WIFI. I bought the three year protection plan just in case. This is amazing NEW tech and as such there is not a lot of maintenance history. From the perspective of a retired engineer everything looks high quality and well crafted. As expected, it uses more battery on hills than flat. This is why I bought the 3000 model instead of the smaller unit.
