OK, so this product works and there can definitely be a good use-case for it when working with herbs or needing a freshly cut garnish, however, washing it can be a little annoying and you definitely don’t want to put it back in it plastic cover before it’s completely dry. I just don’t cook enough for it to have made its way into my lexicon of standard tools.

Almost comically bad. These “upgraded” herb scissors DO JOT cut. they crush… and as they crush, everything gets stuck in between the blades. pictured are photos of attempting to cut dry chives. it did not go well. I would not recommend this to anyone. the blades are very sharp, but still it can’t cut through chives, just creates a mushy chive paste/mess to clean up. absolutely useless and not worth it. zero stars.

I’ve used them on cilantro and parsley and green onions and it works wonderfully it comes with a little tool that helps you pull the herbs off of the blades which is very helpful!
