The product fits and works, but realistically it drains very slowly with pop up sink drain in place. I use the stainless steel basket strainer alone to make sure objects do not drop down drain. When I need to fill the sink I then put in the pop-up stopper which is very effective. At $16 for two it’s a good deal. This is superior to the traditional drain stoppers which tend to clog.

I have been using one of the two I purchased for about 6 months now. My first picture shows the used one vs the unused one.

It does fit the drain in a bathroom sink perfectly. Very easy to use and works well in catching debris from going down the drain.

The downside with 6 months of use: You have to work the silicone band on the underside a bit to get it to seal properly or the sink won’t hold water. The hard plastic cage around the stopper comes off too easy. The biggest issue though is the metal mesh is beginning to come apart and pokes you if you are not careful. I have also noticed some black degree getting caught up in the mess that I can’t seem to clean out no matter how much I scrub. After 6 months, this is proving to be a great idea, but not made for durability.

These work fairly well but installation was more challenging than led to believe by advertising.

PROS:
– good tight seal in sink so water is held in bowl as expected when closed
– catches hair, gunk, etc. which is what I wanted this to do! Easy to remove the basket and empty/clean it
– looks nice in sink/not “out of place”

CONS:
– saw these on a YouTube ad & it made it seem like this was a quick install for an “everyman.” Well, it was not. Much harder to get the hold fittings out and then get this in and sealed than expected.

Flimsy and somewhat useless. Threw them out

This takes up so much room in the sink drain, that the water drains too slowly. Even the lightest soap bubbles remain in the bottom of the sink, requiring careful rinsing after each use.
