My SIL was excited to get this as a gift. She even made us a hearty ramen soup using this chopper for the veggies. It was very sharp and chopped easily. It never stuck and chopped evenly across the entire vegetable. It’s sturdy and was easy to clean. She was able to get through chopping the vegetables in about a third of the time of her old chopper.

We have one and our grandma saw it and wanted it too, so we got another for her. For us it saves us time and is easy to use. For her, her hands are arthritic and it is hard for her to hold a knife so this is extremely helpful. Makes peel time so much faster. Great quality. I like that everything stores together. Listen, this Fullstar Pro Chopper is an absolute beast. I’ve diced onions so fast I finished before the first tear could even form—like the vegetable never saw it coming. Zucchini noodles? Please. It spiralizes better than my ex spiraled out of my life. Potatoes for hash browns? It’s basically a potato massacre in the best way possible. Cleanup is stupidly easy, the blades are sharp enough to make Gordon Ramsay proud, and it makes me feel like a professional chef even though my signature dish is still “whatever doesn’t burn.”So why only four stars? Because I’m currently on my THIRD unit. The first two staged a dramatic hinge collapse right around the 4-month mark—like clockwork, those little plastic hinges just looked at each other one day and said, “You know what? We’re out.” Snap. Done. Retired to hinge heaven.Fullstar, I love you, but your hinges have the structural integrity of a wet Saltine cracker. If you could reinforce those bad boys, this would be a lifelong five-star relationship. Until then, I’ll keep buying replacements and treating it like a subscription box: “Chop Chop Monthly—now with 33% more existential hinge dread!”Still 100% worth it. Just… maybe keep the receipt. And some duct tape nearby.

Love that it makes food prep faster and easier. The blades are sharp and it’s a user friendly design. Only downside is that it only chops one direction, so you might end up with long and skinny spears of veggies (totally not speaking from experience lol). Fits well in cabinets and chops well. Would buy again.

This is such a nice chopper. Best one I’ve ever bought. It is so fantastic especially, for onions. It makes great home fries. All vegetables are same size for better cooking time. It so easy to use and very stable to work with. The blades are very sharp so, be careful. I did slice my finger not realizing how sharp they actually are. I’m extremely happy with the purchase of this product and would recommend it to everyone.

This thing is really useful. If you want to chop up some veggies without a lot of extra work, this is the ticket. It comes with two different cutting grids sizes (one smaller, one larger) and believe you me they are sharp! It’s super easy to set up, super easy to use (and it works great!), and cleanup is a breeze. It includes two cleanup tools, a small cleaning brush, and a tough plastic receiving bin to hold the cuttings. It’s made of a strong, transparent plastic, and is very high quality. The Fullstar Original Pro Chopper has changed the way I prep veggies – I wish I’d found this sooner. It’s become a kitchen essential, I’d buy it again, and I give it a full 5 stars.

I bought this in May of 2023 and as of February of 2026, this little chopper is still going strong!
It’s super easy to use, makes chopping anything super fast, and the blades have stayed sharp as anything. I only use the two square blades, so I can’t speak on the others, but if they are of the same quality, then I assume they would be great too.
It cleans super well in the dishwasher as long as you brush out any bits of food in the top grid and on the blades first. Otherwise they might not wash off and end up dried to the blades, making it much harder to clean. I’ve had to clean the dried bits off more than once when my kid loaded the dishwasher and didn’t make sure there were no food chunks on it.
I especially love this thing for chopping onions. Thanks to the pieces being contained in the bin after being chopped, they don’t have the opportunity to make my eyes water. I leave it all in the bin until it’s time to dump it in the pan.
I have recommended this thing to everyone I know, plus in posts on Reddit. It’s probably my most used kitchen gadget, getting used almost every single time I cook.
If it eventually bites the dust, I’ll update my comment. And then probably buy another one!!!

I purchased this vegetable chopper in mid-2023 to make meal prep more efficient and slightly more fun, but after over a year, my feelings are mixed. The assembly is straightforward as the different blade options snap and lock into the base easily, and the overall fit of the components is secure. It has a clean, professional appearance on the counter, but the actual functionality depends entirely on what you are trying to chop.
While the machine offers versatility with several blade options, it doesn’t meet the bar for everything in my kitchen. Soft vegetables like tomatoes are not good candidates as they tend to get smashed, and very hard vegetables like carrots are too difficult to push through. For me, it really only works well for bell peppers and onions, and even then, you have to cut the vegetables down significantly first unless you want to throw your entire body weight into it.
The biggest drawback for me is the cleanup. The blades are not the easiest to clean, and even using the provided plastic claw, removing debris is rarely effortless. Since I only regularly use it for two types of vegetables and then freeze them in batches, I don’t feel it provides great value for the money for my specific household. However, I can see where someone who chops a much wider variety of moderate-density produce daily would get more use out of this.
One final thought on the design: I really wish the collection bowl was made of glass instead of plastic. Given how much pressure you have to apply to chop certain items, glass would feel much more durable and wouldn’t be prone to the staining or scratching that plastic eventually develops.

I don’t write many reviews any more, but I had to offer my opinion for this one: It’s the best thing since sliced bread. I am eating way more salads and vegetables because chopping is pretty much effortless with this little gadget. It’s simple to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do–not something you find in many products today. I regularly chop cucumbers, onions, tons of peppers, and even cherry tomatoes (which it chops easily without smashing them). This is particularly well suited for people with arthritis or other hand issues. It takes all the work out of chopping and cleans up easily. So… if you cook, get you one of these. If you’re searching for a reliable kitchen gadget, the Fullstar Pro Chopper is truly a cut above the rest. From the generous array of chopping blades to the handy enclosed cleaning brush, this little chopper has performed extremely well for me. I especially appreciate the sharpness of the blades and the nicely sized container, which make meal prep fast and efficient.
While there are a few small drawbacks—such as the top not staying locked when pressing down on the handle and the cleaning brush not quite reaching into the pressing square in the lid—these are minor inconveniences. Occasionally, the top can get a bit stuck after chopping, and a bit of extra effort is needed to clean out food bits from the lid. Still, these are small issues and do not detract from the overall chopping ability of the product.
For anyone needing a compact device that delivers on performance, I would recommend the Fullstar Pro Chopper. It makes quick work of chopping tasks and is a valuable addition to any kitchen.

I absolutely love this chopper. It works very well and saves a lot of time in the kitchen. The blades are sharp, and it chops vegetables evenly and quickly.
It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and feels sturdy. For the price, this is definitely great value for money.
Highly recommended if you want a simple and effective kitchen tool.

I really wanted to like this particular chopper – I have many choppers, electric, Ps chopper, even a big brand food processor – This particular chopper is flimsy plastic, hard to push down even a third of a sliced onion – didn’t want to try a hard carrot, or anything mushy such as a tomato – I really have no use for a spiral veggie – I was afraid the springs would break – almost had to ask husband to push down on the small slice of onion – it’s miserable to clean even with the tools provided – You need to spend a lot of time digging out the onion bits from the black grooves and also the fine mesh sharp blades (point for reminding the blades are sharp – but how sharp with they last? ) Also there should be some sort of container to store all the accessories – it’s going back and I will continue to use a knife and cutting board for the amount of time it took to chop and clean the thing
