The sound quality wasn’t as good as I might have hoped, considering the price, however it really is quite impressive to look at. Oh, and if you order for the UK, you’ll probably need a plug adaptor for the base lead.

Received the levitating ufo Bluetooth speaker. I did not buy it for the Bluetooth aspect of it, I bought it for the levitating ufu aspect but the speaker is a plus if I want to use it. It’s easy to set up to levitate, did it on second or third try. Key is holding the saucer in both hands, passing over the base in a rocking motion gently finding the sweet spot. How long does it spin over the base? I set it up this morning with it plugged in to electricity but with “power off” and levitated the UFO and gave it a nice spin. It slowed down from the speed of my initial spin until it reached a constant rotational speed it was still going after 30 minutes when I left for work. It was still going 12 hours later at the same constant rotational speed. I then unplugged the base from electricity and the saucer immediately crashed onto the base and stuck to a magnet. I plugged it in again and levitated the saucer and gave it a spin, again with power off (but plugged in) and its still spinning after several days. I’m assuming it will continue to spin until electrical power is unplugged. I’m happy with it. There are videos available on YouTube that show it as well as other models. To be honest and fair, I think it’s a little over priced but all in all I’m happy with the product aside from the price. Update:

Bought as conversation piece. Audio is good for a low end MP3 speaker. The levitation is the big attraction. Any science buff would love this device. A word of caution: Letting the very strong magnets in both pieces slam parts together too hard could cause damage. Setting up requires a good grip and extra care to avoid parts slamming together too hard, plus a bit of patience while finding the levitation hotspot. It’s worth the effort. My 14 year old great grandson mastered the levitation after several tries. He absolutely loves it! I thought I had the UFO speaker levitating with the power off but the power switch on the base only controls the lights. The other electronics for the levitating apparently is energized as long as its plugged in. If it’s unplugged, the UFO will crash. A very entertaining device.

Perfect gift idea for those that like oddities or are into alien related items. The saucer duals as a Bluetooth speaker. Sound quality is what’s expected for an item like this which isn’t great but none the less a cool feature for a cool item.

Husband bought this for me and I absolutely love it. Very bright vibrant lights that will brighten a room at night. Speaker is loud with good quality sound. Magnet is a little tricky but manageable.

Constantly have to recharge saucer and hard to reposition it to the base. Developers should figure out how to use the magnetic polarities to charge the saucer to be indefinitely charged once positioned. Fifure it out instead of doing a job half done!.
