These work much better than I expected. They fit well into my palm and kept my hands warm even though it only heats on the top side. I found the level 1 and 2 settings good against my bare skin but the level 3 was too warm. I noticed they didn’t heat to a fixed temperature and remain but instead they turn off and on to generate heat. So you feel them continually warm and cool in your hands.
I first tried testing how well they function by only using one of them on an hour walk when it was 48°F. Then I measured the temperature of each device using an infrared temperature meter. I found there was no degredation in performance after an hour as the both measure the same. I haven’t tested them for any longer duration . . . yet.
It’s nice they come with the dual charging cords, but they’re much too short for most locations where I would plug them in. I wish they were twice as long.
So, I’m very happy with them, especially at such a low price.

Great product! Compact, and generate a lot of heat, even on the first setting of three. Easily fit inside gloves, mittens or pockets.

These little hand warmers are impressive.
Pros:
They are small and lightweight, and are easy to slide in your gloves without an extreme hindrance on hand movement (I use them on the knuckle side while riding).
They are inexpensive, magnetic, include a lanyard hook/lanyard to hang from wrist when not in use, and the battery last for quite a while. (4 hours on medium and only lost one bar of battery – roughly 33%.)
The heat output is much better than I expected for the size. The highest setting will burn a little on bare skin. (I usually run it on medium for about 20 minutes and then low to maintain the heat.)
Cons: The power button is on top, next to the heat plate, and you hit it while using the hand warmers. (This usually results in increasing the heat setting.) The texture of the hand warmer should have been grippy instead of a smooth plastic, as they slide around A LOT.

Works well but battery doesn’t last as long as advertised . It does recharge quick and easy. Great size for the pockets and nice little straps for around your wrists. I use these for my 90 year old mom whose hands are always cold. They are priced cheap enough that we have three pairs so she’s never without. 😂She loves them.

We live on extensive rural acreage within a great lakes snowbelt. Every winter we go through many pairs of bagged granular hand warmers. With our active outdoor life, the bags are sometimes damaged enough to leak contents and when Ziploc-stored to extend use, there’s no way to tell one bag from another or how much ‘heat life’ is left. So I tried the OCOOPA UT3 light rechargeable electric warmers. At first, I had problems understanding the very skimy User’s Manual – and I emailed OCOOPA customer service, asking for help understanding button function and operation. They responded promptly with detailed instruction well written. In the interim, I was able to comprehend operation after viewing a YouTube video review. My first field trial of the UT3 was in an unheated (below freezing) hunting blind, wearing gloves. I set the heat on ‘high’ (three red lights) and soon found it to be warmer than necessary. I switched to ‘medium’ heat, and found that too was more than I needed, despite the frosty atmosphere. The heaters actually kept my gloved hands perfectly warm on ‘low’ heat setting. Without the gloves, the ‘mid’ setting was enough. And I would assume that working with icy-gripped equipment (i.e. Snowblowing), the ‘high’ setting would work fine. Recharging (blinking blue light) and battery checking is easy. In sum, these hand warmers exceeded my expectations. They are far better (read: warmer, more durable, easily checked, rechargeable, inexpensive/use) than the granular-filled heaters. And the service response was clear and prompt. – The Duffian

These are great. They heat up quickly. The charge lasts about 4 hours on medium and about 2 on high. I find myself not getting as cold whole body when i use them. I take and use them every week at the hockey rink.
These work great! I took them to a tailgate on a cold morning and they warmed up my hands quickly and everyone wanted to try them. The adjustable heating levels is really nice and the highest level is almost too hot. The magnetic feature is wonderful so they don’t get lost. The battery life was about 3 hours but we used them at a higher level the entire time. They are light and fit well in your hand.

This little device helped me tremendously during a long three day backpacking. It helped me stay warm at night. It kept running a whole night and a half. It is also easy to recharge. Fits perfectly in your palm as you sleep. They can get pretty warm, so I did wear gloves while I held onto them.

Small and discrete but puts out good bit of heat. Seems to hold its charge well. Quick to warm up, much like the steaming wheel heating element in my car. Purchased at end of winter so little time to put through its paces. Will have better idea of its performance next year.

I am amazed at how well these work. Even at the lowest setting they provide even heat. The mid level is heat is more than adequate even if you use light weight gloves. Battery holds power for hours at a time. Great product and value.

I am so glad I bought these. They have already paid for themselves vs me buying the disposable hand warmers. They have 3 settings and they heat up quick. They seem to stay charged through several days of use. Easy to charge. They come with their own little carrying pouch. Highly recommended for those of us that live in cold weather and want to keep your hands warm. On a side note, when I go camping in the spring and fall, I’m taking them to put in the bottom of my sleeping bag to add a little heat for my toes.

These have 3 levels of heat. On low they have plenty of heat. I don’t live in a frigid climate but I suppose you would use the higher heat levels with heavy gloves on. I ran these for a day on low and they lasted the entire day. More than 8 hours. They have what I describe as pulsating heat. They have red leds to let you know what level they are set to. 3 levels. Press and hold to turn on/off. Double click the button to show battery level in blue light. Charging is usb-c. Blue lights flash when charging and solid when done. Heat comes from top side only. Back sides have magnets so you can put them together. However the magnets are not really that strong. They also come with a lanyard.
They work really well. Warmth on level 1 is pretty good for most situations. Level 2 is good when extra cold or windy out. I have not needed level 3. Battery life is decent for being a heating unit. The first one or two charge cycles didn’t last as long but the battery has been great since. Still need a backup, like the iron oxidation packs, if you are outside for extended periods. The size and curvature fit my hands well (For reference, large size nitrile gloves and most regular gloves fit snug & smooth on my hands). To warm my whole hand I prefer holding the pair in one hand (they only heat on one side). I liked these enough that I bought a second pair for my other hand. I also bought my neighbor a pair, and spare pairs for my wife & hunting bag. Watch the price for a while. First pair was 30+ bucks, but the rest I caught on big discount that was almost half price.

Purchased for a friend of mine during the cold this past winter. They were everything advertised and she loves them. The quality was excellent, price imo was amazing for the rechargeable warmth given. She is a teacher and carried them every day after receiving them this past winter.
One thing not advertised, we were video chatting and she told me she had a headache and rubbed her neck as if the headache was originating from the muscles in her neck, maybe from working on a computer for a long period through the day. I recommended using these hand warmers as a heat source and placing them on her neck. She said the heat generated helped tremendously in relaxing the muscles in her neck and ultimately her headache. The size, portability and magnetic construction helps her keep them in her pocket or bag without adding noticeable bulk to her what she already carries daily.
Highly recommend this product and there are several different colors also, in case men would like some but maybe don’t want the pink color
It works really well! Served us well on our vacation in London and Scotland in Dec and Jan. Starts functioning in a couple of seconds and works for hours. Great product!

I bought a pair of these to take on a trip to Chicago in the winter. We attended a football game, which happened to be at night in frigid cold weather, and my hands stayed warm the entire time. I liked being able to adjust the settings based on the heat transfer because sometimes it would get too hot on the highest setting. They were small enough that they fit under my gloves and portable enough that I was able to carry them in my coat pocket. They lasted the entire 5-6 hours that I needed them to keep me warm. I’ve recommended them to other friends and even bought a pair for my father and father in law. I have no doubt that they will get more use, so I think that they were well worth the money.

I’ve been using these OCOOPA hand warmers for a little while now, and overall I really like them. They definitely get hot — I’d guess close to the 125°F they advertise — and that temperature is perfect for actually warming your hands. As someone with mild Raynaud’s, the heat really does make a difference, and these offer quick relief when my fingers start to go cold.
The downsides are mostly around practicality. The battery life is fine, but the charge time feels slow. When I run them on high, it seems like they take almost as long to recharge as they last. The included Y-shaped charging cable was a nice idea in theory, but one of the two output ends on mine didn’t work at all, so I ended up charging one side at a time anyway.
OCOOPA’s model system could also be clearer. The numbers (3, 4, etc.) feel random — if the “4” is supposed to be better than the “3,” I really can’t tell how based on their descriptions. On top of that, the sizing isn’t consistent: some models list measurements in centimeters and others in inches. It makes comparison way harder than it should be. For larger hands, these are on the small side. They still help, but they don’t fill your palm the way I’d like.
I also ordered another OCOOPA model with heat on both sides and I prefer that one. Its a nice feature that warms more evenly and works just as well overall. I’d recommend a 2-sided model if you’re deciding between the two. One major downside of both models is the size. Yes, small makes them portable and easy to fit in your pocket, but these do not work great for people with large hands.
Still, the heat output and reliability make this a solid 4-star pick — great for cold hands and Raynaud’s, with room for improvement in design and charging.
