The first time you pull out the hose, it automatically locks in at the length you’ve extended. After that, simply pull the hose again, and it automatically retracts into the reel. While the unit is great, we ended up buying heavy-duty rawl plugs and bolts to ensure a rock-solid fit on our brick wall. If you are mounting to masonry, I highly recommend picking up high-quality anchors before you start drilling.

• Versatile: The 180° swivel is sturdy, and the included 10-setting nozzle is surprisingly high quality—it even handles an attached sprinkler with no pressure issues. I wanted to include a video of the different spray settings but I could only upload one video, and I thought the reeling in was more important.
Bottom Line: If you’re looking to ditch the messy piles of hose and want something that just works, this is it. Just do yourself a favor and beef up the mounting hardware!
