Reading some other reviews as a ‘temperature check’, I was honestly so surprised because I LOVE this towel warmer and have been feeling totally spoiled for weeks now!
For heat timing- a single towel is warm for me in about 5 minutes and pretty hot in 10. If I load it more fully, like three big towels plus a set of clothes, it’s more realistically 20 to 30 minutes, which feels reasonable and hasn’t been an issue.
I love having warm towels in the winter, but I also really like being able to throw in kids’ clothes and even clean cloth diapers so everything is warm when getting little ones dressed. With a little planning or rotation, it’s also great for warm blankets, especially when someone is sick. I personally find the stated capacity to be an underestimate- I can fit a 2 towels and 2 robes with room to spare.
I don’t use artificial scents, so I can’t really comment on that feature, but I was glad the unit itself didn’t have any odd smells out of the box. It’s also never smelled hot or anything during use.
As far as safety goes, I imagine you could burn yourself if you held your hand against the very bottom of the unit for a while, but not just brushing past it or grabbing a towel. I’d only be concerned around very small children, though it should be easy enough to add an adhesive child lock or something. The latch is called a child lock in the manual but it’s just a big button so wouldn’t deter a very old toddler.
I don’t personally use the metal arm. It works perfectly fine just piling items in, and I assume the metal probably gets a bit hotter than the lid or sides anyway.
The function buttons took me a couple read throughs to be sure what the timers meant and wha the different functions are but I figured it out quickly and like the settings. If you take super short showers where it may not get hot soon enough, the delay function could be a great solution to have it start heating before you ever enter the restroom or wake up. You can also set it to keep heating for hours if needed.
I’m not sure if the folding feature is mainly for economical shipping or storage, but it folds down easily and fairly compact. Despite being collapsible, it feels sturdy strong. It set up super easily and folds down just as simply. I could see this being useful for someone like a doula or a traveling massage therapist, would transport well.
Seems like a great gift to me frankly, I wish I had put a towel warmer like this on my first baby’s registry! Definitely adds to a spa experience at home.

This thing is awesome, I love putting my pants in there or socks, even blankets and the fact it can fold up pretty flat for storage during the summer makes it all the better

When you order and receive this, you’re going to think to yourself, how is this going to fit a towel, let alone, 3 towels to warm them? Everything is nicely packaged with all the instruction manual, legs, and scents all tucked into the towel warmer. The towel warmer has some light blue tape to tape the lid of the device shut during transit.
First step, install the legs. The legs are made to look like wood but are actually made of a hard plastic. They are keyed with a little notch so that you can only insert them one way. It’s very simple, and you just align the notch and push the each leg into the machine, snapping them into place. Next you pull up on the top of the towel warmer to make the chamber taller. This is how you fit 3 towels inside. If you read the instructions, it also tells you not to wrap or folder the towels or other items you are trying to warm up too tight or it won’t work well. Inside, you will also find a metal hanger that you can put towels or clothes on in order to make it easier for them to be heated or dried by exposing more of the surface to the air.
This comes with 4 packs of 3 different scent pods. You can choose from Mint, Cologne, or Ocean. To add a scent, you just open the pack and add it to the scent holder on the inside of the chamber. You turn it on by pressing the power button. You set the mode by pressing the M button to switch between Heat and Dry. Heat means that you are already heating up something that is already dry. Dry is meant to help actively dry something. You then set the time to either 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours etc.
It’s very easy to use and is large enough to fit 3 regular sized towels, many small towels, a few articles of clothing, or maybe a thing blanket. I like this as you don’t have to turn on your entire dryer to warm/dry something but the time it takes to warm something means that you really need to plan ahead. We tested the shortest time frame of 20 minutes with 1 regular sized towel to see how quickly we could heat 1 thing with a scent. After 20 minutes, it was warm (not hot) but certainly warm. The towel didn’t stay hot very long though. The scent didn’t really didn’t really make its way in but the house smelled great.
I think if you are buying this for a location that doesn’t have a dryer, like maybe a spa and you want a towel to put it in the massage room or you really love warm towels and want to put it in your bathroom so you have a warm towel after your shower and you plan ahead, then this makes sense and is a nice addition to your home for additional creature comforts. In terms of value for money, I’d recommend if you have a use case like I mentioned above, otherwise, it takes a while to use and you might have a better result by heating your towel in your dryer and then using this to keep it warm rather than warm it from room temperature.

It does warm but it’s not like what I was expecting. You can’t put too much in it or it won’t heat evenly. Towel needed to heat for more than the 30 minutes to be warm.

Hands down one of the best home luxuries I ever purchased myself. With the humidity in Florida our towels wouldn’t dry completely and get that musty wet smell faster then I’d like. We can fit 2 beach sized towels in here at a time to dry and on the 3hour timer they come out dry and crispy. I like the scented discs that come with it or I use a perfume on the towels and then toss it in. It’s a decent size so that it’s out of the way and it runs quietly, it folds down pretty small for storage and seems durable so far. Buttons are easy to press and navigate as well. I’ve used it daily for a month now and had no issues or over heats. And it does get hot inside but outside is just warm. Having it near the shower and set to warm on cold winter nights is the best thing I’ve ever felt getting out of the shower into a cold house. The dryer is too far away to run to for a warm towel so this is perfect. I will be gifting these to family for sure! This warmer heater has been getting put to use this winter!

Mildly heats a towel after an hour and loses any heat it had in about 15 seconds, I hear all towel warmers are like this. Better to just put a towel in the dryer this is useless

Incredibly easy set up. We use it for towels, robes and clothes. The scent discs make all the difference…definitely use the scents.
The only flaw is that I wish it got a little hotter, but the warmth is just enough to get a few seconds of pure relaxation.
As for storing it, it does collapse making it super easy to store when not in use.

I found this towel warmer simple to set up, there wasn’t a lot of steps to get it ready to use. I couldn’t wait to try it out, but you better have time to wait on it. Definitely have the towel running before you even get in the shower, trust me it’ll be awhile. I felt like the warmth of the towel really wasn’t all that warm having it set for 30 minutes and I mean truthfully at 30 minutes that should be long enough. I also only had one towel in it during that time, so it’s not like I had it crammed full or something. Isn’t huge so doesn’t take up a lot of space in the bathroom when using, which is a plus. But does have a good capacity to fit more then 1 towel in at a time. All in all, it wasn’t awful but it just was not what I was expecting. You need to have a lot of time to just let this run to even get the towels warm. I was more looking for something that I could turn on as I’m getting in the shower, and the towel would be heated up when I’m done (30 minutes) . This just fell short in my expectations honestly.
