This worked great for old silver-plated costume jewelry rings from about 23 years ago, plus some silver rings I got in Ireland 18 years ago! It was easy (used an old sports bra as cloths), the polish was powerful, and my rings look much better, I can’t wait to wear them again! I thought they were beyond repair with how tarnished they were, but this stuff rejuvenated them more than I had hoped for. Item arrived fast and there were no leaks, either. Before and after photos (except the heart, forgot to take a pic before but believe me, it was almost black with tarnish)!

This stuff WORKS!! I applied, let it dry and then just buffed to make it shine. No need to rinse with water, unless it’s an item you use for eating out off. I love this. So easy and took all the fingerprints off the items.

Worked well. It took off most of the tarnish. I ended up using another product to get the rest off but for things of extreme value this is best. I was not worried about it taking anything off that it should not have had. It was gentle and with something’s that is most important.

This worked ok on some larger silverware, but on my delicate silver chains, I had to put in so much el or grease that I came close to kinking them. I’m going back to a liquid brand. Most of my stuff is too delicate for this.
The smell was fine. I didn’t think it did a terribly great job, as the cream gets stuck in small filigree, even with a hot water rinse and tooth brush.

Amazing polish! I’ve been neglecting my cornet since it’s mainly a display piece so it’s tarnished over time but man when I used this I was amazed at how quickly it worked! It cleaned the surface with ease and dried fairly quickly but most importantly it brought the horn back to its original shine. If you have silver you want to maintain this is the way to go!
Photos below just don’t do it justice but you’ll get a feel as to how effective it is.

Not impressed honestly, lighter abrasion than the paste version, so it’s less damaging to the antique silver, that’s a plus. What isn’t a plus is the absolute fact that when used to clean silver, the waxy substance that is apart of the mix collects the tarnish that has been removed and deposits it into the small little crevices and that must then be removed with hand or dish soap designed to break down grease or oils. For this reason I absolutely was disappointed in this product. I ended up spending a total of three or more days, like a full time job gently polishing with a toothbrush and hand soap. The product only works when generously applied and rubbed directly on the silver which consumes it too quickly and as said, deposits the tarnish into crevices, when removed from crevices it sticks to the sink and everything else. Having said all of that, once your silver is clean, you can apply a thin layer to the piece, rub it over gently with clean fingers, let dry for several hours and buff off with a clean and grease free cotton towel and the results are exemplary. So I would say there is value to this product, but you must use it correctly or time will be wasted and minimal or frustrating progress will be the only result. I will probably have some on hand for finishing off the pieces since it will cost them with the waxy substance that will prevent the new tarnish from occurring but I won’t trust it to get my pieces clean without hours of detail cleaning.

10 Stars!!! I have had a beautiful silver champagne chalice that I purchased for myself about 35 years ago.
Life got busy and I neglected to care for it properly for the past 15 years or maybe more. It made me sad to look at it so I purchased this polishing cream to restore it. It was heavily tarnished and that’s probably an understatement.
I can’t even tell you how happy I am with the ease of use, value and how well this product works! I squeezed some of the polish directly onto the chalice and rubbed it in a circular motion with a wash cloth and paper towels. I did have to use a few silver polish brushes as well on the handles and top due to the intricate design and grooves.
It was instantly gratifying when I saw my chalice immediately start to shine again.
I didn’t really notice any smell from the product itself but when it’s applied to heavily tarnished silver, you will probably smell a metal smell. It’s not bad at all though. Please see my pics so you can judge the product and how great it is yourself!
The bottle snaps shut easily to prevent any leaks while storing.
I am happy happy now.

Worked wonderfully. Easy to apply. My completely tarnished platter shined up like brand new silver. The tarnish comes off during the initial application with whatever rag you’re using. Put the liquid on rub it around. Let it sit for a minute, then rinse it with warm water and take another clean washcloth. That’s dry and polish it and the rest of the tarnish will come off. My platter shined up immediately and is beautiful very very happy with this product.

Weiman makes a superior product! I bought it to clean our family silverware, which we began using on a regular basis a couple of years ago (since it’s just the two of us with no one to inherit this… hey live it up!). I had previously been using silver cleaning cloths. This cleaner is much easier to use than those cloths, gets into those nooks and crannies, and produces a brilliant shine. I followed directions to rinse in water after cleaning. A couple of weeks later, despite several trips through the dishwasher, the silverware I cleaned is still sparkling, which is a first.

I recently got a set of Vintage silverware and didn’t realize how many products there are. I tried a little bit of TarnX and it wasn’t as easy as I had hoped. I purchased this product, not expecting much. It goes on very easily. It starts turning black right away. I gently coded this piece of silver and used a microfiber cloth, but you could use an old pal or even a T-shirt and it took minimal effort to get a great shine.
