When the turning fastener is turned all the away there is a opening at the top of the fastener. This should be a 360 degree closed loop. By having a opening it weakens the metal ring. This is not a strong cable much less a unbreakable one! It is OK for a average job but not for one that requires a strong cable.

These tags are heavy duty. BUT don’t loose the little hex tool they give to unscrew the hardware to open the holder – to put air tag in to start with, or to change battery in a year. It is a standard tiny size hex, but hard to finding a hardware store and just buy the one size piece. Colors are nice especially if they sort of match where you put the tag. Easier than long list of tags on your apple device. The carabiner style clip makes it easier to attach to inside of suitcase as that usually have some netting or a inside pocket zipper pull. Had 3 from a year ago just bought more in new colors.

Nice Air Tag holder. The Air Tag fists snugly. I dropped one star because I had attached one to my keys. Reached into my pocket one day to find it had unscrewed itself and come off. For that reason, I suggest using a thread lock adhesive to ensure it stays together.

I bought these for some Apple Air Tags I had purchased for a recent trip. The Air Tags easily inserted into the holder & once in they are firmly secured. I used them for my luggage & and attached the holders to the inside zippers. The holders can be attached via a small screw on clasp and once tightened they are very secure! The Air Tag holders held firm on my 3-hour flight to and from my destinations and were as tight afterwards as they were when I first put them on. And my luggage was checked-in, not carry-on. I would highly recommend this product!
